On Tuesday February 24, 2025 I placed a order for a larger plate of Beef & Broccoli, Sesame Chicken and Honey Walnut Shrimp for pick-up. The order was ready on time however, when I arrived home with the order it was incorrect. I had been given two orders of honey walnut shrimp. When I phoned regarding the order the staff person made me aware they were out of the sesame chicken, and took the liberty of substituting additional honey walnut shrimp without consulting me the customer in advance. When I requested to know why I was not informed prior to the substitution the worker, he became rude and argumentative. I requested to speak with the manager, who returned my call within 15 minutes. Luna who listened to my complaint and agreed I should have been informed prior to substituting. As a good faith effort Luna authorized a complimentary replacement meal, along with a additional courtesy meal with the entrees of my choice. I had never experienced a problem before at any Panda food locations, and was surprised at the behavior of this staff member. Read moreFirst, and foremost the food was chewy like it had been sitting there for a while and had no flavor. Second, I gave the cashier a $100 bill and she stated to me that she needed to check the bill and I told her “no worries, you just have to do your job”. She also asked me if I had a smaller bill and I stated no. I checked my wallet in front of her to prove I did not have anything else but a $5 and $2. She so happen to get “change” out her register but when she gave me my change she did not count it back to me so I counted it anyway and she shorted me $10. When I brought it to her attention she looked at me like I was stupid. She then asked her team members if they had a “key” to get into the safe so she could get my change. It is VERY disappointing to have to had dealt with that. Had it been a eldery person, the employee Isabella would of definitely fooled the eldery person if they had not counted their change. I do not think that was professional. A happy team is a high-performing team and by the looks of it, that's probably why that panda express has a 3.9 star rating! Read moreI would avoid going to get any food from here 2 hours before closing. I went at 830 and I was informed right away that what they have left is it. There was just the premium items, honey chicken breast and orange chicken. No beef dishes, egg rolls, other non premium chicken dishes. I noticed that there was little over a serving of kung pao chicken left and when asked for it the worker said its for a online order. Then she said there enough for one serving after taking the portion for the online order but I pointed out there very little meat but took it because my wife had no other alternative. She gave me remainder which she left a few pieces of vegetables left in pan which annoyed me because it was going to get thrown out anyway.
