I order and pick-up food often from this location, on Friday February 28, 2025. I placed a online order for delivery for the first time. Delivery time was excellent through Uber eats, much to my surprise the food was horrible. Catfish was old had been refried and was not filet as requested. Chicken wings also old and refried, French fries were old, cold and hard. This food had to be thrown out (thankful I had food in my fridge). I phoned spoke with Maru, he agreed to replace the order. When I picked up the replacement order the next day the fish was fresh however, I notice the delivery order fish was Mississippi gulf catfish which was not filet but steaked, and the replacement order I had to pick-up was filet but not gulf catfish it was Basa Asian catfish. Placed and order for a company event and had them delivered by UBER eats. The wings were full of feathers and bones were black (as if frozen too long). I conveyed this to the manager and he kept saying he didn't have an order for such an I was calling the wrong one. After several attempts to get clarity he stated that he would need to see the food. Read moreThe new guy at the register needs more training on how to take orders over the phone especially during lunch hours. For example when I call and place 2 lunch special orders I expect to pay the lunch special price for the food I ordered. I think it’s unprofessional for the new employee to tell me the customer that I didn’t say lunch special when I know I did, I know how to speak English. So from now on I will not be getting my lunch from this establishment as long as buddy is there working. I spend my hard earned money at places who conduct exceptional customer service unlike this place has shown me today. 2 orders had to be thrown away because buddy wanted to charge me 3 extra dollars for meals that are lunch specials.
