The only real service is Drive Thru. If you want to dine in or pick up inside the restaurant, forget it. They may employ 10+ people per shift, but the only focus is on Drive Thru customers.
They may not even come to the front at all for 10-30 minutes at a time. There's zero focus on in-restaurant guests. They have 1 cashier at drive thru and everyone else is scrambling to serve those guests exclusively. Even when it's just 1 or 2 cars, they'll ignore you unless you're in a vehicle.
The quality is not their recipe.
The fries are stale. They usually make a double batch in the morning and let it sit for hours. They will toss a single serving back into the fryer to heat it up, so you're almost never getting fresh.
The ice cold tomato and lettuce make every hot sandwich room temperature or colder, which sucks.
The team does their best. They take care of your issues when the manager lets them. Most of the time, the manager is only pushing for fast drive thru times and nothing more. I've seen a line of 10-20 customers enter, stand there for 20 mins and then wait another 15 mins for their food.

Read moreThis has got to be the worst designed parking lot in the history of fast food. It's in a terrible location. You have to circle the building almost no matter what and you have to do that in a narrow one car lane. If they have someone in the drive thru pull forward, you're just not going anywhere.
I went through the drive thru. 5+minutes waiting for the car in front of me to leave the intercom ordering spot. 5+minutes on hold "give me a minute" . Finally asked for my order and I gave it. Then asked for my order again. I gave it. Asked if I'm ready to order, I Said yes I have twice can you hear me? She said oh sorry. What was your order. I gave it again very loudly and slowly. She said something really fast back at me.
At that point I was thinking they must be busy. There were two cars in front of me and almost none in the parking lot. The car in front of me paid and took off... Around a car that had pulled forward. I paid and was asked to park in their mobile ordering spot. 15+minutes later, I got my order. All of it was cold. Lower than room temp cold.
Decided to cut my losses and just leave... They had a car pull up behind me. Another 20+minutes before I could escape.

On the flip side; the pop station floor was flooding with water and the bathrooms were smelling like sewer. A lot of customers were complaining that someone could fall, they all said they knew and they would take care of it, we dined in for 45 minutes till 1 hour and nothing was done, until we were leaving.. I know they were short on staff, one registered person taking a line of orders, but why couldn't someone behind the counter take charge of eliminating the issues right away; getting another person to help with the register, cleaning all the water on the floor right away before someone could slip and fall. In this part I blame management who couldn't see the issues that everyone was seeing, except them. You guys need to improve and train these employees more wisely, because this looks very bad for the one who owns...
