I'll admit it. I love Domino's pizza. Have I had better pizza? Sure. But as a regular go-to when in the mood for pizza, this is the place. Normally I would give 5 stars simply because I like to focus more on positive than negative. The reason for only 4 stars is I'm having difficulty with jalapeños. I ordered with them and only got a few so next time I ordered extra. I indeed got significantly more however the placement left a little too be desired *(see pic). Just ordered again so we'll see. So it's been several months since my last review and during that time I probably ordered at least a hundred pizzas. I told you, I like Domino's. All my orders have been online through the Domino's app. I've come to find that when Courtney is preparing my order, all will be good. Her pie game is on point! Never wrong, or carelessly made. The jalapenos and pineapple are always plentiful evenly spaced. Her smile is ever present as she greets me upon pickup. The one time that my order was wrong (she wasn't working that night), I made a simple phone call to Tyrell, who apologized and credited me a free pizza anytime in the future. Due to these reasons, have raised my...
Read moreHorrible. Ordered and paid for pizzas online for a gathering. Arrived at the store to pick up my order. The doors were lock and no one was there at 5pm on a Saturday. Nothing online or in person suggested the store would be closed.
Finally got a hold of someone 2 days later and was told they can’t refund, I’d need to talk with the manager. They took my info to have him call me back. Call never came. Called and left a message with an employee 4 more times and manager never returned the call. Kept calling and caught the manager when he was there a month later. Not once did I receive an apology or explanation from any employee or the manager. Manager acted like the situation was normal and he was doing me a favor by refunding for food I never received.
If it’s not obvious from this and all other reviews don’t use this store. There is another location less than 5 min...
Read moreAs we approach the fourth hour of me waiting for my pizza, at least I can take solace in knowing that Jacob has painstakingly gone through my pizza for the last hour. He will leave no pepperoni un touched, no sausage shall be misplaced, and no bite unsauced. 4 hours is a long time to wait for food, but this seems par for the course for this location. I have not had an order take less than 2 hours, no matter the time or event happening in the city. This seems to be an understaffing and poor management issue. I really feel for the workers who, I'm sure, are trying their best. Paying way too much for cold pizza is unacceptable.
Update: My pizza finally arrived clocking this in at almost 5 hours. Everything is ice cold, well except my soda, that is warmer than the...
