JUST A QUICK SPECIAL THANX TO THE PROVO BULLDOG STORE #1 CREW Cherish & Rashelle!
Well, let me tell ya...not for nothing but I think very highly of the crew at this location compared to Every Little Caesars store that I've been to in the 20 years in Utah, the Provo Bulldog one is by far WORTH THE REVIEW. Ill TRY to keep it direct and thorough.
I've been coming to this store at least once or twice a week for the last 6 years and when you eat that much pizza you go out of your way to notice these details(LOL) but the reason I'm leaving the review is because quality of food service an overall rating has changed in the last year or so and as always it's thanks to new management. Simply speaking customer service matters and I'd like to let everyone know why I'm so fond of this place since that change took place I decided to rate the place 10 out of 10!! That is why I cared to review it so extensively. This STORE IS ALL OF THE ABOVE:
-THE FASTEST -MOST COURTEOUS & FRIENDLY -FRESHEST INGREDIENTS -CLEANEST -BEST ORGANIZED SYSTEM -CARING ABOUT THEIR REGULARS ....AND MOST OF ALL I'd like to thank KYLE THE MANAGER for putting such a good crew together and running the store with professional extensive courtesy and strategy because since he's been here it has been running like a well-oiled machine. Every chance he gets G goes out of his way to take care of anyone and everyone and not just because its his job but he has left an impression on me so strong that I feel like we're family every time I go in there and truth be told I'm not very keen on reviewing anything or anyone especially directly on Google unless it's so extravagantly awesome that I must share my opinion online but in this case I feel like I have to tell this story to everyone!

OVERVIEW - 2.0 I could summarize my experience as both pathetic and pitiful.
LOCATION - 4 While they do have a great location on the busy State street in Provo, it can be hidden by other businesses and on a busy evening parking can be complicated.
PRICE - 4 The prices are reasonable, but when employees screw up it can be complicated.
PRODUCT/SERVICE - 0 This is where my biggest issue resides. I ordered a rather simple order through their app: Half Pepperoni and Italian Sausage, and on the other half Pineapple and Black Olive, so what did I get? All of those toppings on the whole pizza. I asked for half and half, where's the complication there? I understand mistakes happen, but resolution was not made, through their mistake. (details in the employees section). I'm sure if all you want is a simple ready to go pizza you're in good shape but if you want something custom, DO NOT COME HERE!
POINTERS/PERKS - N/A Use the App, and DO NOT come to this location. Go to one of the other Little Caesars locations, such as the one in Orem on State Street.
EMPLOYEES - 0 When I called this specific location to present them with their error, I was placed on a momentary hold while the employee talked to the manager. I had told them that there was a mistake in my order and had not discovered it until I made it home. They reported that the manager had instructed them to tell me to come back with the mistake pizza. For me, this is unacceptable. They made a mistake, and I am sure that whoever made the mistake realized of their mistake. I worked at a Little Caesars more years than I would like to admit, and with the knowledge of a mistake pizza, we always let the customer keep the pizza as our mistake and made it right either for making a replacement then and there, or at...

I usually have a great experience here, especially with the pizza portal system, but this time was awful. I gave two stars ONLY because they're usually great.
There were people there who had ordered hours earlier and their pizzas weren't ready yet. People came and left, opting for Costco or other places instead because they waited more than 10 minutes to be helped at the register. Eventually there were 7-8 other people there with me waiting for online orders to be fulfilled, and only maybe two people had gotten theirs in the 40 minutes I was waiting. There were pizzas in the pizza portal, so I asked the employee (who was wearing jeans, a Star Wars T-shirt, and a bandana as a "mask," with a lanyard hanging out of his pocket) if one of them was mine (I had only ordered one pizza and crazy bread!). He told me to put in my code, which I had already tried and it told me it was invalid. He then said "I'll come back and give everyone refunds. " and went back into the back. I had my wife and two kids under 3 in the car (screaming at this point) so I wasn't going to wait. I left without the food I had ordered for my family to find something else because they were hungry. I will be submitting a chargeback through my credit card, and probably avoiding this place for 3-6 months. Where was the manager? Where was the apology to the 20 or so customers in the lobby who'd been waiting for 45+ minutes?
