I don’t like that the workers say my pleasure because I just don’t it rubs me the wrong way like we get it your doing this cause your getting paid to but on top of that they just don’t know how to truly deliver good service like I feel more unimportant when I feel like they’ve marked off the box of saying farewell when we leave but they try to rush the customer interaction and they give off that energy like they want to be rude but their holding back. My grandma said she didn’t want ice and bro dumps it out looking genuinely peeved but trying to pass it off as if it was fine even though my grandpa apologized for the inconvenience. Not to elongate the story but bro taking our order thought I wasn’t also ordering with my grandparents and just subtlety sneered at me cause I was like “oh I’m with them” just cause my grandparents were going to secure their seat. Then the fries are so freaking salty that my grandma tells one of the workers and the girl working brings it back without salt and freshly cooked cause my grandma originally got bunch of crumbs for fries, but she’s got this look on her face like she’s annoyed at us. On top of that I don’t like how chick fil a workers treat Latin american people. The bro working from earlier in this lore immediately starts talking to my grandpa in Spanish with the most terrible accent and speed that I can’t blame my grandpa for replying in English and the dude tries to do it again thinking it helped the first time?? Honestly I did not like bro because he genuinely gave off the chick fil a Provo attitude like he thinks he has aura cause of his height or something but bro was only geeking with us...
Read moreIm giving this such a critical rating for a few reasons. We all know chick-fil-a is delicious and makes great food, and that puts chick-fil-a above the rest. When I go to chick-fil-a I expect a certain quality that can't be found at McDonald's or taco bell. This chick-fil-a location however consistently messes up my orders or are giving me cold old food. The only time I get decent food is in the mornings when I ask for a number 1 and thats cause they have to make those fresh during breakfast. Half the time though, they cant even get it right during the morning. I asked for a 3 count mini one morning ans they gave me a 3 count strip that was clearly cooked 15 minutes ago as they were tiny and shrunken and only marginally warm. Today, i asked for a sandwich with cheese and they gave me the wrong cheese. When i went to ask for them to correct it, they sat around trying to figure out what to do with my sandwhich and eventually brought me back my old sandwhich which was now cold, and a slice of the cheese i asked for in a seperate container. Great, I love spending $8 on cold food that I didnt even order /s. This chick-fil-a in particular sucks and the stuff are...
Read moreAll the employees are very friendly and professional. 3 stars for lack of accuracy when completing my orders.
Just tonight, I cashed in some rewards points for two shakes, cookies and cream and chocolate, for me and my daughter. We didn't realize until after we left the drive-thru that we got two cookies and cream shakes. The receipt accurately indicated I was supposed to receive a chocolate shake and a cookies and cream shake.
Last time I was at this location they didn't give me any of the condiments I asked for. My receipt also indicated the condiments I was supposed to have received. They also gave me a large fry that was 75% full.
Kids meals have sometimes come with fruit cups instead of fries.
Ultimately, I hate to sit in the drive-thru and double-check my orders, but if that's what it takes, then I guess I'll have to do it because I'm tired of the frustration.
I love the food (when it's the right food), and I love the service. But the inaccuracy of my orders (all mobile app orders) is something I should NOT have to experience constantly, or ever, really. Reading an order and accurately fulfilling an order should be your proverbial...
