Arby's — Restaurant in Pueblo

I’m never coming here again! I’m usually one to just let bad experiences slide but not this time this was actually the most disgusting excuse of service I’ve ever had. They were completely dead so it’s not like I came at a busy time but I was ordering in the drive through and the manager interrupted my order and screamed through the intercom because the cashier and I couldn’t hear each other and he didn’t even let me finish ordering he just told me to pull up to the next window I was already appalled by the attitude so I gave up on ordering but that’s not all, when we pulled up to the window they had the order completely wrong and didn’t even let me finish telling them what I had actually ordered before they walked away to tell the cook to change it but when she did tell them it needed changed I heard either the cook or the manager scream and I quote “you have to be F@&$ing kidding me”. Like wow that’s real awesome service and then on top of that the manager looked at me through the window and gave me the death glare the entire time! Also when I did get home with my food again I don’t live far away I wasn’t waiting long for the food so it should have been warm but no it was ice cold as if it had been sitting out for hours!! So, I went into arbys today to get some food with my dad. While we were standing at the counter waiting to order the young lady placing the order just kept playing on the phone. She was not paying attention to anything I was ordering I had to repeat myself like 7 times and she still messed it up. I asked for mozzarella sticks instead of fries and she didn't add them. After the order came up I found this out ND I told her they were supposed to be mozzarella sticks and she said do you want me to charge you for them. I said no I asked for them earlier. She kept texting on her phone not paying any attention to anyone coming in and out of the building. When she started taking the guys order behind me he had to repeat his order like 7 times as well because she wouldn't get off the phone. The manager was busy and trying to get stuff done which this young lady could of been helping him. I find this very disrespectful and absolutely annoying. Too bad. They're going downhill fast, and I wonder if it's the management, again.

Ordered two(non-spicy) fish sandwiches, a roast beef and cheddar, and medium crinkle cut fry. Not a difficult order. I forgot I needed two roast beef and cheddars, not one, and asked if they could add one more roast beef and cheddar to my order(just the sandwich, not a meal). They DO NOT do add on's at the window!!

THEN when I got home both of my fish sandwiches were the spicy fish sandwiches. My husband has horrible gerd and just can't eat those sorts of things, which is why I needed the spare sandwich because I was afraid of that and we also had company. Hence, the four sandwiches for three adults.
