Burger King — Restaurant in Pueblo

One of the most disrespectful experiences today. I used to go there for lunch most days when I worked across the street so I noticed the microphone in the drive-thru getting worse over time as I'd been asked to repeat myself more often. Today I simply wanted a Chicken Jr. and a Value Dr. Pepper but 2 different people couldn't understand my order so by the 5th time I was repeating myself there was some irritation in my voice, I can admit that. The man taking the order didn't confirm my order and had me pull up, then when he opened the window I tried to be nice making a comment how I know that mic has been getting worse then tried to confirm my order but he didn't look at me just said the total, handed me the food, took my card and ran it all while talking to the girl inside repeating something about how he didn't want to argue, handed me my drink, then the card, then closed the window (I could say slammed but I'm not positive) no "Thank you" no "Sorry for the confusion" nothing, I was not aknowledged once at the window past him telling me the total due. If you ask people who have been there a while I was a regular and now I won't be. I've worked fast food and I know is all it takes is one bad experience to lose someone. I'm sure this falls on deaf ears and blind eyes but had I been a worse person I could have made a whole scene of what happened but unlike most I didn't. They're rude and don't honor online advertisements , they hassle you over coupons and the drive through has a fang hanging out into it that is completely unacceptable for extended cab trucks at night with no lighting to see it ! They need to completely reconfigure the guard around the power box and install better lighting ! It caught my truck and did 2000$ dollars worth of damage because of poor design and lighting , I should have sued them but didnt , now im rethinking that decision ! I prefer BK over other chains but I doubt I'll ever spend another dime here after my last visit , I usually spend 40 to 50 $ a month here , but no more after refusing to honor the 3.99 Wensday deal , I tried to use a coupon for the two whopper jr deal and was asked for the coupon number in poor lighting in small print at 1130 at night instead of just being allowed to present it at the order/pay window ! If I could give negative stars I would. This restaurant does not deserve even 1 star. My family and I went there this evening first trying to purchase food thru the drive thru. After waiting 10 minutes we left the line and thought maybe we could get our order faster inside. There were 2 people in front of us they order fairly quickly. We got up to the register to order and the manager had her personal cell phone next to the register it rang and she walked away to answer it. Based on what we could hear on her side it was a personal call for someone to place an order as she proceeded to yell the order to back staff. She then started doing other things and did not return to the register to take our order. We waited 5 minutes of being ignored before we walked out and went to the Carl's Jr and received better service and our food within 5 minutes of arriving at the drive thru.
