This is the first time I have ever took the time out of my day to leave a review of any sort on Google, but this fast food establishment right here is the biggest joke and sorry excuse for a food establishment period. I was served RAW CHICKEN. When I got home and ate a tender, both me and my wife (which both got us very sick to the point where we went to the ER and have documentation which states that it was a severe case of food poisoning for both of us) is when we noticed that the CHICKEN WAS RAW.We immediately took pictures and then called management to let them know and was told that if we wanted our money back (FOR THE RAW CHICKEN THAT THEY SERVED US) I would have to bring the food back. Never once have I ever heard of a fast food restaurant ever saying that, not once!!! That's great customer service. But wait it gets better!!!! So instead of getting my money back for once again the RAW CHICKEN THAT THEY SERVED US we went about a week later (because who really wants to take that chance and go eat there immediately after you just got food poisoning from the same establishment within the next day or two surprisingly who would even want to go eat there again but we gave it a chance, well tried to at least). And just when you think the customer service couldn't get any worse than the experience we've already had we were told that they could not replace the food because it was a week ago like really who in their right mind would want to go back over there and eat some more raw chicken while you're still throwing up from the raw chicken that you were served days before like really and I also have a video of the manager telling us that we would either have to have the food brought back to get our money or they would replace our food with the receipt. And then after all this happened I went to get my receipt back and that was a battle and a half to get my receipt back this place is ran by a bunch of kids and even if they're not kids it's ran like kids run it because they have no idea or have any business ethics or any customer service ethics whatsoever their general manager should be ashamed of the business that he's running because him and his team are pathetic at doing their job and it is a very simple job at that. I don't understand how you can mess something like that up but they definitely do the best at that so if you do go here and something's wrong with your order don't bother saying a word to them because they won't do anything but make you run through hoops and jump through all kinds of circles that are on fire just to shoot you down over and over again I have worked in the restaurant business for over 20 years and at all places I worked at and also have ate at myself this by far is the most worthless, pathetic and a sorry excuse for a fast food establishment that I have ever experienced in my life. This experience sounds like something you would hear in a movie but no you cannot make this up this was a real experience and this was by far the worst and probably going to be the worst ill ever experience in my entire life. For something to top this would be unethical and I most definitely going to take this to the health department first thing in the morning so they can go ahead and at least put some kind of foot down, order and maybe some guidance in this establishment because the owner is not doing so. This not only makes the Popeye's brand look terrible (and I love Popeyes really do) but this also makes their owner look inexperienced and like he doesn't care which I could see that by the training of his employees. Maybe the health department or a lawsuit would make him start caring a little bit more. Who knows? We'll have to find out in the near future. I'll keep...
Read moreOkay folks, I really want to leave good reviews for people but I could not pass this one up. When we arrived we went to the door to only find it locked. We have been traveling and Popeyes is my husband's favorite eatery. So at least the drive-thru was open. It would have been great if there was a sign on the door saying maybe drive through was open or an explanation why there was no dining in. I can only assume it was because they were short-staffed I don't know. Next we get in the car and go to the drive-thru. Initially a man was on the intercom trying to help us but was putting us off by saying an item wouldn't be ready for 15 minutes or so and they didn't have this or that and eventually a lady got on and basically corrected him and that may have been why he was in the mood he was. The woman helped us place the order that we wanted and we were asked to park while it was being prepared. Then the man came out to deliver our food. There was no thank you or is there anything else I can get you or any other comment he made besides handing the food to us and basically stomping back to the building. We were not given the correct receipt, we were not given any straws for the drinks and we were not given the dipping sauces that we had asked for. So, we had to drive back around to the drive-thru and ask for these items. There was no sorry there was no nothing but a deep sigh coming from the gentleman again as if we were inconveniencing him once more. My husband so wanted to get back in line and tell him if you don't like your job find another one but I convinced him not to do that. But I do agree if you are unhappy where you work please search out a job or a field of employment where you can have a smile on your face and have a good attitude. We love your food and would love even more a pleasant thank you or goodbye or just faking that smile on your face to make it through the day. Read moreTwice now I've been to the Popeyes on Pueblo Blvd and have been met with unnecessary rudeness from the male employees. If they just had a bad attitude but I still got passable service I wouldn't care since I know working in the fastfood industy it does and can get mentally draining dealing with the public all day but they gave bad everything unfortunately. Both occasions they did not get my order right and honestly didn't care to and were dismissive when I requested the items I paid for. On this last recent visit I ordered 3 combo meals and they didn't make any of my drinks and when I told them that, they DID indeed make them but the drinks were the wrong size and they shut the window on me when I was asking for a drink holder. When I didn't leave because my order hasn't been completed they came back out irritated and I told them I was missing my fries and sauce. He dismissed me and said it was in the bag he handed me, it was not. I tried to explain my order situation twice seeing as I haven't even left the window yet and you can see exactly what I have. For whatever reason they just would not make me my fries for the 2 combo meals I ordered. They told me the fries were in my meal box with my other combo order of chicken tenders. It was not. I told him that and they were adamant I had the fries to my 3 combo meals I ordered. I expressed again that I did not and that was when I was met with a blank apathetic stare and a shrug. I was just honestly done interacting with them at that point and left without fries for 2 meals, 3 drinks in the wrong size and no sauce. I have too much social anxiety to deal with the undeserved hostility I have recieved both times I've come here. There was LITERALLY no one in line but me I don't understand why they were so rude to me. They truly ruined my evening and I'm just sad now. I just wanted some chicken. I will not be coming back to the Southside Pueblo Blvd Popeyes again not that they would sincerely care but I most certainly did. Go somewhere else or to the other...
