Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Pueblo

Whenever I order a burger and ask for no lettuce, tomato and onion I always get the burger with all of it on it. I've ordered a double angus on a few occasions and have received a Single Star burger. The price between the 2 are a lot. I like the toaster breakfast sandwiches but never get one where the bread is toasted. I spoke to the manager about this and he said " If the machine isn't toasting them there is nothing we can do". Ummm yes there is. 1) Tell the customer that the machine doesn't toast bread 2) Change the name to a bread breakfast sandwich 3) FIX THE TOASTER! Subway has had to pay out because their Footlong sandwich wasn't a footlong. It is false advertisement. But I feel like this place is just lazy and incompetent. The owner/GM really needs to be onsite and help these people out because this was once a good place to get a meal. After looking at all of the other reviews I can see I am not the only one who...

"It's your cards that are being declined, not our machines." I just tried to go to Carl's through the drive thru and both my bank card and credit card (both with ample money) were declined and that was how the male worker responded. I offered to come inside and he informed me they would have to redo the whole order and to not bother. It's no wonder the place has an "AI" supposedly for the order taking (though my order was taken by said male) with that kind of customer service. I gave them the drinks back and went to Burger King instead - ps, my bank card worked JUST FINE there on the first try. Looks like Carl's Jr will be losing another customer. I would rather support other businesses who employ workers who actually care about their job and don't blame the customer. If I had that kind of attitude at my job, I would be fired immediately. Very clean store and very beautiful and polite staff every associate I met looked like super models I thought I was in a video shoot Everyone said hello and greeted everyone who came in. This store should be the store of the year I know you have a few knuckleheads that give the store a bad reputation but I try to find and report the good not the bad because if everyone try to understand that most of the people working there are underpaid and overworked so have some compassion for those brave men and women that get up and fix your breakfast lunch and dinner if they don’t do their jobs you wouldn’t eat so please calm down and thank them for their great service it’s just food don’t take waiting in line and people having a bad day to heart just think the next time you want to belittle a cashier remember if God didn’t wake you up you would’ve been dead and then there is no fast food so give them a...
