Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Pueblo

I'm never going back to this Carl's Jr ever again. Not only are the employees rude but when they make a mistake, instead of owning up to it and fixing it, they argue with you and blame you. The manager was completely worthless and equally just as rude. I went and got food the other night and I ordered a low carb burger because my mother in law cannot eat bread. I paid for it, it was on the receipt and when I get home, it's not in the bag. So I went back and explained what happened, showed them my receipt and they continued to argue with me and tell me i didn't order it even though it's obviously on the receipt. Instead of fixing the issue and making a customer happy, they have to argue and fight with me. I'm never going back again. Ever. Carl's Jr, Maybe you should hire people who put customer service on top of everything. Not just people who want a paycheck. The girl that argued with...

The food is always delicious. The only issue I've had with this establishment was that I ordered a jalapeño lettuce wrapped double with the sauce on the side. They accidentally left the jalapeños off and didn't give me the sife of Santa fe. No big deal, simple fix it was busy, I was empathetic since I've worked in fast food before. Instead of being any sort of kind or have any type of "good" customer service they tried gaslighting us and saying they did put the jalapeños on the burger. They got into a screaming match about jalapeños... and tried to fight my boyfriend because he was just trying to get my order correct. As much as I love their food, the service just wasn't there and hope that management is good enough to fix the problem before the work environment becomes more toxic for the employees or worse violent towards...

My husband and I like to stop in every once in a while and get double western burgers with the crosscut fries, let me just tell you!!! Every time we stop by here, the ladies behind the counter are so very friendly and wonderful. One of the times we stopped by, one of the ladies, Mashonda I think, asked what we were up to that day and I told her that I was looking for some unique furniture for our new apartment and then next time we stopped by, even though it was weeks later, she remembered and asked if we found the furniture we were looking for. I can't tell you how much that means to be remembered by someone that sees so many faces every day. Also, the food, ABSOLUTELY COOKED TO PERFECTION.... EVERY. TIME. I love all y'all here and I look forward to stopping...
