I very seldom leave a review, mainly because I don’t think most businesses really care and after my experience tonight I’m sure this establishment doesn’t care.
My wife and I go out maybe once a month for a dinner out and I was blown away at the rude staff, is service seriously a thing of the past? The waitress stopped by our table once in over a 45 minute dinner. The coupon that grahams has in a local advertisement was met with out right hostility. And the staff actually refused to use it. Not a problem, like I said we don’t go out very often so they really aren’t losing anything by upsetting us and that’s the very reason for this review. If your an older client like myself find a better place to spend your money. What happened to the great service of my youth at Latronicas and even Sam and Rays gave better service than the business owners of Graham’s what an embarrassment to Pueblo and the current generation of business owners. If Graham’s is what service is about in Pueblo I recommend you save your money and eat at home or better yet find a company that trains their employees what true customer service is. What a disappointing evening and a waste of our night out.
I should have read these reviews before going to this poorly run business. Every review tells how poorly the wait staff are at this restaurant, no comments from the owners. The owners doesn’t ever care about customer service or it would have improved over the last three years.
Dangerous and out of control place! I had several not so good experiences in this place but this one takes the cake. During my last visit, when my friend opened up a bottle of habanero sauce to spice up his food, the bottle exploded spilling its contents over our clothes and our faces! This was literally like getting maced in our faces! Waitress named Bella saw what happened. After a trip to bathroom to clean ourselves up we confronted her about the situation. She just said “What do you want me to do about that, they all (the bottles of hot sauce) do that.” Wow, so they know they have a serious problem but do nothing about it! After some arguing about the situation the manager came out accompanied by a dweeby cook and another waitress. Instead of an apology and perhaps a free meal there was no remorse what so ever and we were told the police would be called. As we were leaving, the dweeby cook was flashing gang signs at us (yes he was)!!! After we left, we were told by some other friends present that the police were actually called. One of the most awful experiences I have ever had. I have been a customer for around 2 years. Great place to eat after training. But tonight ruined my future business with them. I was basically told I was a liar. I ordered 3 adult beverages and was adamantly told I had 5. When disputed I was told by the waitress that she rang up 5 beers for me. I disagreed with her; she went to her manager, and he did take off the cost of the 2 extra beers. But I was told I did have 5 beers; for one the beers I drink are IPA's, which have a higher alcohol content. With that being said, if I had five 22-ounce beers, I would have been hammered drunk. The problem was when I confronted the Manager, he told me I did have 5 beers, and it was on tape. So I asked him, show me it."" He then said I can't do that.
