Placed an order online at 8:20 for 8:41 pickup. Absolutely disgusted with the male “Steven”employee who excused giving other people orders that came up after mine before giving me mine!! My food is cold! I mentioned it when I got the food and he gaslit me saying it wasn’t even up there that long and that I was overreacting! Are you kidding me!!! I will be returning the entire order unopened tomorrow for a full refund!! So upset! Food sat in the window for about 10-12 mins and was COLD when handed to me!! When I called and spoke to the woman she was joking with other customers about me calling to complain about cold food! Completely unacceptable! I arrived at 8:34 and my order was scheduled for 8:41. I got my food at 8:50 after it sat in a cold window in a cold restaurant set to 60 degrees with no warmers for food! Management needs to review the cameras from 8:35 to 9:10!! When I told the female I was uncomfortable with coming back in with the male there she laughed about it with him and a customer in the lobby, as I was STILL in the parking lot because I was so upset by the entire interaction! I watched it play out right in front of me live!!
UPDATE: Spoke to McKayla and she did the refund online, should process over the next week. She offered to make the meal up to my family and that was kind but at this point we will not be returning...
   Read moreI had ordered food for takeout on December 24th 2022 for my birthday. When I received my order there wasn’t a thing right with it. The French dip sandwiches didn’t get au jus with them and they were missing the cheese. Never received the soup with the choose 2 meal and the potato had extra black olives instead of no black olives. My sons child salad was supposed to have no cheese and came with cheese and didn’t get a dressing with it. I called the restaurant and told them about the mistake and they were willing to issue a $68 refund for the food and it should be refunded December 26th. The month of December finished and no refund. I called again and nobody knew anything about it so I have to explain it all again and this time they ask for my entire debit card number and I give it to them reluctantly. Once again, no refund issued. I call again in February and still nobody has heard of the issue. I ask the manager to look in the office because someone supposedly wrote my debit card info down and put it in the office somewhere, nothing so they ask for it all again. I was finally contacted by Deb the general manager and she assures me that I would be receiving a refund. Once again nothing.    Read moreUpdate Review: Had another bad experience a couple of months ago. I had a catering order and it was not a good experience. I filled out their feedback sheet about it in the hopes that they will improve next time. A few days later someone called me and apologized. She said she will send out a free meal coupon, asked my address and that it should be here in two days. I never got anything after a few weeks so I followed up. Someone called me again a few days later, apologized and said the next catering is on them, but I refused as I don't want a free catering, just wanted them to follow through on what they said. So they said they will send food coupon, asked for my mailing address again but 2 months later, nothing!
In another review from a past experience, I ordered a vegan spud to go and asked that the cheese not be added, got home and saw cheese all over it! I was very disappointed to say the least because coming back to return the order would have taken me 20 minutes one way. I should have checked my order before I left the restaurant but I guess I trusted the person taking my orders too much.
