I wanted to thank Kevin and the entire team at the Pueblo location! Because of you guys my dad gets the independence of starting his vehicle himself this morning! A remote start may not seem like a big deal. But to him he has gained some dignity back because of you guys! We are on our way to pick him up right now. He gets to come home today for the first time in over 6 years! He's finally well enough to transport! This will be the second time he's been in his van. But the first time since you guys fixed her up! Thank you Kev and Team! You guys rock!!! This was 2 weekends ago! His face lit up the moment he was able to start the van. My father is 59 years old, wheelchair/bed bound and in a nursing home because he requires around the clock medical care. We recently purchased a van with the capabilitly to transport him. When we purchased the van it had horrible speakers (my father has always been a music man and hasn't been able to enjoy music in years!) It didn't have CD player in it either. The guys at Drive In fixed that too! Along with adding a remote start so my father has that independence! To top it off they installed an incredible security system! Thank god they did! I was out of town last week and someone/something triggered that alarm! It was loud enough that it grabbed the attention of my neighbors who immediately went and checked on everything. Had that security system not been installed and have the quality that it does, the excitement for my father could have been completely torn away and we may be in a terrible situation and possibly the van could have been stolen. Thank you again Kevin and Drive in Auto for your amazing work! I was an employee for a short time, unfortunately the commute every day just became too much. Since my employment ended I've continued to do tons of business with Kevin and Justin both. Anything from big projects like taking family members to the store to purchase speakers and accessories. Their team in genuine and they stand behind the work they do! I'll continue doing business with these guys and driving the 60 miles out of town for great customer service, the loyalty of the work they do, and knowing no matter how small or big the project is they can get it done! You guys...

I called a week in advance to set up an appointment to install a radio in my vehicle. When I showed up to their store at my appointment time and with everything they required, they didn't know I was coming. Whoever I spoke to on the phone did not enter my information and put me on the schedule. Not the worst thing I've had to deal with so I ignored the mishap and told them all the information a second time and brought in the radio I had already bought. Then they worry me saying "oh I don't think we can install that" and "does you're vechile even have the comparability to hold such a big radio". This showing me they knew nothing of my car, slightly worrying me but i continued on. Then a woman walks in 20 minutes after I have shown up and he instantly asks her for her name and number to look her up in the system. He ignored the sentence I was in the middle off and rudely dismissing me when I answered his question thinking he was talking to me saying "I wasn't talking to you, I was talking to her". So, still yet being patient and letting things slide, I stand there for 20 minutes while two other men come out from the back and help 4 other customers that came in BEHIND me as I'm standing at THE DESK. So I wait and finally one of the men is done and instead of helping me walks to the back and doesn't come to the desk again. The other two finally got done and start printing papers, ignoring me and eventually walk to the back as well. I stood there for a good 5 minutes before I grabbed my stuff and walked out the store. As I sat in my vehicle getting ready to leave, I watch another customer walk in and someone from the back hurry out...
Read moreJustin was initially GREAT to communicate and set things up with.
Arriving to the store, the guy with the beard gives dirty looks. Comical.
I was told a diagnoses fee, which ended up being $100, would figure out the problem. I was called a couple hours later, telling me that the head unit was the issue and it needed replaced. I said great, go for it! They finished very quickly! Bravo.
When I arrive for pickup, it was quick and smooth. Great.
The Cons: -Issue not resolved; it was not the deck…I get attitude from someone online who wanted to argue. Oh well. Probably the same guy who throws attitude at the store (bearded wonder?)
-Footprints (from shoes) all over my engine hatch and seats. Who. Walks. On. Someone. Else’s. Boat. With. Shoes. On???
-Throttle all the way forward (why on earth are you touching the throttle and why on earth is it all the way forward??) (like how kids hop into a hot rod and just start touching shit they shouldn’t be touching)
-Trash from install all over the place (cut wires, etc)
I then contact them via email and, yes, agreed to return the head unit! Someone else then argues about the original diagnosis…I had to remind them that it was an intermittent problem AND what happened to the diagnosis; they asked me if my system had amplifiers and subs!? It’s clear I have four subs and two large arms right next to the head unit…oh boy…here we go.
Also, could never get a hold of Justin again?? Despite several attempts.
Lesson learned! Don’t take them complicated projects…if you have four speakers and a deck, then yes, maybe they can handle that...
