Last two times of being here really was bad service! We went in the lobby as it was opened the manager kicked myself my husband and two of my kids out as we were at the register in the middle of ordering saying they was to many people in his lobby. Told us we had the most people (as we had 4) and people waiting in line that came in the door after us had more of a right to be in there then us. The lady taken the order told the manager they are in the middle of ordering he said he didnt care there is to many people we need to leave. My kids and i didnt even have the chance to look and order our food as we just started. But my husband had to cancel the order we already started. About 4 came in behind us and nothing of them we told to leave and there was a lady waiting for her food in the lobby. I get coronvirus has made us all follow by different rules but why was the lady who was waiting made to wait in her car and the others told to step out til we were done and then it would be our turn to step out? But to kick only us out in the middle of the order was completely wrong. If thats the case why are the doors open for ordering or a sign put up max per family. We had no problem going to the drive thru if that what is needed to do but to kick us out in the middle of the order was completely wrong. We werent rude but we did cancel our order because we werent allow to stay in and finish the order already started and went somewhere else. My husband and i decided the service has really went down hill but that was by far the worst time. My son really likes popeyes and since then has been trying to talk us into going but we havent allowed him to. My husband finally decided to give in and give popeyes another chance then he went through the drive thru and told us we have to wait he waited over 45 mins 8 other cars came and left after he order. My kids were starved at that time begging him eat. He went back up and asked them whats going on. They completely forgot he ordered. We paid and have no idea what happened with the food found the order we paid but never received. He had to wait again for them to remake it. He said he is done with popeyes and told my son kfc is right down the road. But the management has very poor decision making on getting things out and forgetting order existed as well as kicking people out in the middle of their orders. We have always loved popeyes. But we will go out of town but i wouldnt suggest here on highway 50 anymore.....
Read moreOk where do I start. Let’s start with a few weeks ago. I am a very patient person I have worked in food service before and I know how hard it can be and how difficult people can be. A few weeks go I had gone to get my whole family chicken, fries, and some other sides. I place the order which took forever I got 2 16 piece meals. Then they had me pull off to the Side because it was such a big order (which I’m use to I have a huge family). While I’m waiting I see this add on the door for a 15 piece which was significantly cheaper then the 16piece I was like there is no way it can’t be a combo. So I ask the person about it when they come out (mind you I had been waiting for a good 15 minutes). And they say “uhhh I don’t know.” And laughed! So I was very angry at this point and just took my food and left. The second time wasn’t to bad the girl with the braided hair and glasses always knows how to take my order right. Now last night, I go again just to get 2 $5 boxes with boneless spicy chicken, fries, a biscuit, and sweet tea. I order this and the lady is confused she kept asking me how many pieces I wanted and if I wanted a side of fries. I kept repeating “no hun I just want the boneless box” after she finally knew what I was talking about I asked her for them spicy and she goes “no you can’t have them spicy they only come in regular.” You could tell she was very angry and annoyed with me when I wasn’t being rude or anything. And last time I went it wasn’t a problem getting spicy. So I just said ok and waited in line. This time I waited a good 20-25 minutes in line, I even shut my truck off. Then I pull up to the window she asked me if I have the huge other order that wasn’t mine and I say no. She gets my order. Someone else gave me my food and they didn’t get my drinks so I asked the other girl for my drinks and she was nice about it. I just left after that. I dont know what it is about this location but most of them are very rude and uneducated about the products. I won’t be eating at this location again, I will go out of my way to go to the other one just to avoid...
Read moreMy husband went through the drive through today 4pm 4/7/24. Ordered at 8 piece and large side of rice and beans. Pulled around and paid for it, and was told to park and they would bring it out when it was done, it would be about 5-8 minutes. So he did. ......30 minutes later and many cars in the line pulled through the drive through came and went , the lobby was closed , so he went back through the line, 10 more minutes later he gets to the back and there is a car of teenagers parked by the drive through line with 3 of the Popeyes Employees smoking Marijuana. So when my husband got back to the order screen thing again, they said oh! Ok and 8 piece and side ... that will be $34.95 please pull forward. And he said... umm no I'm I already I'm still waiting for my food! For a half hour actually, what's going on? They said oh? You already paid? Ok , umm go ahead and park and we will have it right out and we will give you an extra side and some extra chicken. 15 minutes later!!!!!!!!......... I mean.... are these children supposed to be smoking pot at work? It's really affecting their job functions. If there is a manager there, they have to be aware ... I understand it's legal...but I am positive that corporate would NOT like this to whats going on here in their chain in Pueblo, Colorado. Terrible! Without a receipt also. We do have the cc payment. But wow. Corporate needs to get ahold of someone and get that store cleaned up. And last week, i ordered lunch for my husband as he is corrections officer, and they sent the wrong sandwichs... (i called and talked to them) and the manger told me she made the sandwichs herself so she knows they are right. And to bring them in if i had a problem with them. Well they were wrong... they both had cheese on them... ordered 1 without cheese , my husband can't have cheese, and i ordered it through doordash, so i couldnt bring it in- i was leaving for an apt and he was leaving for work.
