This location has got to be one of the worst! I have never wrote a review of any place before, either positive or negative. But this place really takes the cake! Every time I go there it is a negative experience, too many to go into detail so I will summarise my experiences. Saw they have curb side pick up and decided to give it a shot. Well they don't even start preparing your food until you check in. So you order your food, drive there, check in and then still wait 20 minutes for your food. Oh but wait, there's more! After you wait 20 minutes for your food, you still don't get all of it and have to get out of your car and go inside to get your food. The employees that take the order in the drive thru are almost always incompetent and can't take an order correctly ...I once spent over 30 minutes at the drive thru speaker trying to place an order ...me telling the girl that half of the things on the screen are wrong and asking her to take them off. To which she responds "I did". Uuumm no you did not or my order wouldn't be over 50$! Finally got mad and just drove to the window to get my order corrected. And last but certainly not least. EVERY TIME I go there I am missing food when I get home! You spend more in gas going back to get your food than it's even worth! Well tonight I go through the drive thru, get home and of course something is missing! Yes I checked the bag but I had quite a bit of food (3 meals, a four piece nugget and a spicy McChicken) and of course the drive thru is backed up as usual so I'm trying to be courteous and hurry out of the way for the next customer. Get home realize an item is missing ...I don't even normally call, because what's the use? But tonight I decided I've had enough of paying for food that I don't receive. When I called the girl who answered the phone and spoke with me literally asked me if I checked the bag at the drive thru! What?! Read moreUpdate Aug. 2024 - Since my original review, this McDonalds location has improved significantly. Out of all the times I went since then, I only had one or two minor issues. I believe a lot of it has to do with the time you go, who's working, etc. By and large, though, I really have received much better service, especially when doing curbside. Given the positive experiences I've had with them (with my last one being a few days ago), I feel I must revise my rating accordingly.
Original Review - We haven't had McDonald's in a little while, but decided to go last night. My burgers was ok, but my fries and all of my sons' food was horrible. We had 4 orders of fries from two different orders picked up 30min apart (picked up an order through the drive thru, then had to go back to pick up food for someone else). All 4 fries were hard. It was like eating potato chips shaped like fries. My son's chicken sandwich tasted bad, like it had been sitting a while.
My other sons big Mac was probably the worst out of all them, though. First, it wasn't in the right order (bottom to top it was, bottom bun, middle bun, hamburger patty, hamburger patty, lettuce, top bun). The bottom bun had the big Mac sauce, but it was SOAKED in the sauce. To the point that the bottom bun became mushy and started breaking down, making a mess with the sauce. My son didn't even want to eat it, but ended up using a piece of bread as the bottom bun. And to top it all off, they left out an 8 pc. Chicken nuggets. We have been going to this McDonalds for several years, and know its food is always hit or miss, but today was by far, the worst. Read more2 years later.... nothing has changed except going down hill even more if possible. Let's face it. McDonald's SUCKS !!! 2 years ago my review -- I don't care what time of day or night I go to McDonald's I could bet my life they will screw up my order. What is worse, is they PARK ME, then forget about me. I waited the other day for 20 minutes sitting parked betting my grandson that as ALWAYS they forgot about my order.

I order a Quarter Pounder with N.O. C.H.E.E.S.E. Seriously how hard is it TO NOT PUT CHEESE ON MY QUARTER POUNDER? I would like someone to tell me.
Sadly the family goes to McDonald's A LOT every week. And STILL they cannot get my order right.
Then I have the nerve to kindly ask for dehydrated onions 🌰 instead of the chunky cut onions. That's a hit or miss 🙄 You honestly never know. God forbid you ask the employee's at the window for some. I always ask when I order, trying not to tie or back up the pick-up window.
I just don't understand why MCDONALD'S cannot get my order right. I also order other food. My bill is around anywhere from $18 - $35 a trip. Depending on whether it is breakfast, lunch or dinner.
IT P**S me off to no end. It is constant. Out of every 10 visits NINE is screwed up with CHEESE on my 🍔 burger. It's no big deal to scrape off onions. Cheese 🧀 I cannot scrape off.
PLEASE IF MCDONALD'S ever gets it right more than 2 or 3 times a month, I'll be happy to stand outside telling the world how great your McDonald's is.
