Wendy's — Restaurant in Pueblo

I ordered by the drive thru my meal 1 number one large drink and also i order a salad, she repeat my order and I go to the window to pick it up, when i arrived it I ask if she have a fanta zero and she said did you forget to order? I apologize but told her i wanna be sure if the have it And i told her i just want to add a large pineapple fanta, she charge me and I wait for my order, then she gave me the fanta and the burguer order but not the salad, so I asked about my salad and she look at me and tell the boy (she wants a salad too) and look at me and high her voice and told me ITS BECAUSE YOU HAVE A STRONG ACCENT and ask for my card again to process the payment, my daughter was with me and I look at her and told me Mama you told her and she repeat the order and why shes disrespecting you and making this racist comment! I just get my order and go away without any comments and frustrated cause i cannot believed how rude and racist was this young lady besides the lack of customer service from this Wendys, if she was having a hard day ( the drive thru by the way was empty at that time) ornif she cant understand she have to let me know with a excuse can you repeat again?too bad customer be treaty with...

To start off the horrible experience, we had to wait for almost 10 minutes for them to even figure out who was working the front. We ordered our food and then had to wait 40 minutes before we even got our food. Sadly we had to remind them why we were standing there 🤦🏻‍♀️ Maybe if the crew wasn't too busy goofing off they wouldn't have forgotten why we were there... We finally received our food plus 2 free frostys for the wait 🙄 only for them to mess up our order. Also the fact that they listen to very vulgar rap music (Rack City B** being one of them) is insanely inappropriate since families with young children attend this establishment. If you wish to listen to it then listen to the censored version since ya'll are supposed to be professional.

This Wendy's is a joke, don't even waste your time. The food this location provides isn't even...

So we ordered the chicken nuggets they were horrible we had two 10 piece nuggets and my wife ate one my dog refused and I just looked at them and they were so hard the french fries were nasty the drink was watered down and this is 11:00 at night I called them and they were rude some guy that answered I guess it's the manager cuz I asked to speak to the manager he was like bring the receipt I just left from there if I was going to fake order wouldn't be like something better than their chicken now literally I will never eat there again pull up Wendy's your food sucked and so did your customer service is supposed to fix my problem !!!! So literally threw all that in the trash they asked if we would like condiments but they didn't give us any maybe because it was late I just literally thought they were better than a lot of places...
