Zoelsmann's Bakery & Deli — Restaurant in Pueblo

I had been a patron of Zolsmanns for years, in spite of a drop in the quality of your bread and pastries, and a reduction of items to choose from. The last time I visited your establish I was treated rudely by the owner. The employee, however, was very professional and kind. I was just getting over some laryngitis and it made my voice a bit quieter and raspy. Instead of asking nicely to please speak up, the owner rudely and loudly stated she couldn't hear me. My costumer loyalty will now be with the bakery on Abriendo. They have a larger selection of pastries and, in my opinion, better tasting ones. I love their selection and what they have there bakery goods,I've never had any issues with the food or the bakery items that I bought except for on 2 separate occasions which were in long span, when I went to go pick up poticia bread it was raw in the center. In the past I've never had issues with it being raw in the center except for these 2 occasion's so that's why I am going to give them a 3 star. Unfortunately I will not be going back to get poticia bread from there. Highly disappointed it tasted so...
