Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Puerto Rico

The food from this pizza hut is fine, but the service has been sub-par the last two visits. The first time, half of my order was forgotten and the staff insisted that I did not order anything else. The second time, the curbside pickup was useless. My wife and I stayed on the phone for 15 minutes with someone picking up the phone and putting us on hold without even saying a word. I worked at pizza place for 3 years through college and even if I thought the customer was wrong it was still my job to give them what they want and something extra for the mistakes...

We ate here with my family. Pizza and the cheese bread was good. Regular Pizza Hut. After 5-10 minutes from our order, server and the manager came to our table saying one piece of the pizza could not make it to our plate and to compensate it, they will give us another completely free pan pizza. That would be too much for us and we politely returned their compliment. When we were leaving, they gave us a surprize packet in which the pan complimentary pizza was residing. Es la desilusión más grande que he tenido en mi vida en restaurant alguno. Soy, era un cliente de toda la vida de Pizza hut, pero el dia de hoy llegue a pizza hut de Mayaguez Mall y luego de esperar 15 minutos afuera, pasaron el que estaba frente a mi y entre con mi familia, al entrar la empleada miro e hizo un gesto de molestia porque llegamos, entiendo como gerente que soy que mientras mas clientes lleguen mejor es para el negocio. Luego de enseñar las preuebas de vacunas la empleada nos dijo que nos sentaria. Fue y al volver nos dijo que estaba lleno y se tardaria media hora, al mi familia decir que estaba bien entonces nos dijo 1 hora entendi que no nos querian allí y decidi irme al salir del local entro otra persona con su esposa. Al dirigirme al estacionamiento veo que habian varias mesas vacias, cuando entro a preguntar stan pasando la otra familia al salon. Pregunte porr el gerente y despues de varios minutos salio de la parte trasera..mi consejo, deben tener un líder que este también en el salón y si había uno deben sacarlo pues esta...
