Subway — Restaurant in Pullman

I went to the Subway in Walmart today on March 30th, 2021, because the other one in town is closed and I had just got off work at 9:45 p.m. When I got there, there was 4 minutes remaining before the Subway was closed. The employee came out and pleaded that I let him close without making a sandwich, since he was closing in a few minutes. He proceeded to then tell me that he had just gotten vaccinated and is not feeling well from it and just wants to close up shop. I understood, however I too work customer service and I have never met someone who was lazy enough to request a new customer to leave because they didn't want to do their job. It’s been A while since I ate here Never again will I ever eat at Subway it used to be really good they’re stingy on the meat and the vegetables it looks like you have hardly anything on the Sandwich and then when you ask for extra meat and vegetables it’s gonna cost extra And the vegetables were disgusting and slimy looking And then got spinach instead of lettuce and then when I was checking out with my debit card it shows that you have to give a tip I am a customer I don’t have to give a tip so I gave them cash instead they were not happy about it From now on I’m eating at Jimmy John’s they just lost a customer!! If Emily is working don’t even waist your time! Horrible customer service, rude and rushed (I was the only one in line). My boyfriend returned his sandwich because the insides were completely coming out and there was sauce all over the bread. The male employee there admitted the sandwich was a mess, but didn’t want to remake it, did not want to give the name of the employee I’d dealt with (Emily), and claimed there was not a manager there and didn’t want to give the managers information....
