If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered an avocado toast with bacon. It came out was burnt. I’m 40 weeks pregnant didn’t want to upset myself so I sent my sister in to exchange it for one that wasn’t burnt to a crisp. She told my sister that she can’t do anything about and it’s just bacon crumbles. & if I had a problem I should go inside. I went back thru drive thru as physically hard for me to walk at this point and told her it wasn’t normal and that it was burnt & I’d just like a new one she continued to stay that it’s how it is. I get avocado toast with bacon all the time & this is not how it is. I told her that’s not true she continued to belittle me & wouldn’t fix it. So I 40 weeks pregnant drove off in tears. A couple days ago I have personally went into this location and the manager was so mean to her employees.

She was yelling at them, and being so rude and disrespectful, very unprofessional!

Also after yelling at her employees she gave me an attitude about removing cheese from an item, as I told her my son is allergic to dairy.

She then looked at him and proceeded to say “well that sucks, don’t it?”

Who says that to a 6 year old!

Also that day it was not a very hygienic environment, as there were items made to make coffee laying around and spilled over, as the employees were working hard as they were slammed, she was yelling at the cashier “get your a$$ moving we don’t have all day, clean up now!” As she was doing nothing at all!

I would love to give this place the five stars the friendly staff deserve for keeping a clean and relatively well prepared place. But I feel it can't be emphasized enough how hostile and unfriendly the manager is. Constant scowls while buying food, constant harassment to try and get people back out the door. After buying a donut, I was told that 'that seat was for regular customers, you sit over there' and then basically herded towards another seat.
