True Blue Mediterranean Grill — Restaurant in Quakertown

Visited the Trolley Market this afternoon for the first time. Although there are a few places in the local vicinity that serve a pretty decent Gyro, True Blue was an entirely different experience. The lamb was tender and fresh. The sauce complimented the lamb meat to perfection and I left feeling that my search was over for the areas best Gyro. The lettuce and tomato were a bit "NE Winter-like as I do enjoy the entire package in a Gyro, but then again it is early spring. The overall product was TREMENDOUS. I will be back, probably this weekend. We're hosting a Sweet 16/Graduation party this summer and I will be sure to spread the word to anyone who enjoys good Mediterranean cuisine. I can't wait to try a bit more of the menu and for the produce to be in season....

All I can say is WOW. I'm kicking myself for not taking pictures to share. The food was SO SO GOOD!! The cauliflower app, I have never had anything like it! The flavor combination was so unique and amazing! Also got the lamb kebab entree, and it was perfection! The cucumber/tomato salad, the hummus, the pita bread, the rice - all so fresh and tasty. LOVED the grilled peppers, too. Such a cute and delicious little garnish. I ordered at the computer, but we took forever looking at menus beforehand. Took a little bit to cook (they cook to order!!), and was so so worth the wait. Not a super long wait or anything, but it's not instant! Would give them a thousand stars...

My best friend and I had a truly fantastic meal and service experience. Our food was fresh and absolutely delicious. Portions are great, prices are very fair for the quality and care taken in the preparation and dining experience overall. All staff were very kind, friendly, and expressed genuine interest and investment in our dining experience being exactly what we wanted. The owner helped carry our food to our table and made sure we had everything we needed. They offer an excellent amount of vegan and vegetarian menu items, even offering an alternative to their lemonaize sauce so vegans can also enjoy their food with an extra special touch.
