I'm on a quest for the best pizza for summer of 2024 and this is it so far. I ordered a large cheese pizza with extra cheese and it's SO good (also too big for the box). The only critique I have is I wish there was a bit more sauce. Also got a Ceasar salad, the dressing was rich and lettuce crisp. It's not a place where you're going to get greeted with a big fat smile, in fact no one greeted me for the first few minutes even though the place was empty šŸ˜‚ but the guy at the cashier was cordial and the pizza is excellent, which is all I care about when ordering take out.

Nice little Pizzeria set far back from rt 309 which is a major road in Quakertown. it's located in the Giants shopping center. Service was very good, the food that was ordered was excellent, the prices are very good. bathrooms are large, clean, and handicap accessible. plenty of room for a large group of people.

Stop by for lunch on the way home from NY. The pizza was so delicious. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

We have frequented Frank's weekly for two years. The Pizza is actually fairly good, unfortunately our last and final trip there was such a sham we will never return. Franks offers the typical buy 10 pies get a free medium pie coupon, we had saved over 30 of them with the idea to use them for pizza night when the kids had multiple friends sleep over. I called and ordered the three medium pies (30 coupons) and VERIFIED that this was fine, verbatim ā€œyes, it’s just going to be 10 vouchers eachā€ . I arrived to pick up the pies and was met with a huge attitude the moment I walked in the door. ā€œYou can only use one at a time, you have to pay for the other two piesā€ to which I replied that I had verified this on the phone at the time of order; and was told it was fine - if I was going to buy pizza, I’d have ordered 2 large pies as we always do, and suggested that the right thing to do was to honor their coupons and phone verification at the time of order and that we would only ā€œdo one at a timeā€ going forward. The bigger guy who I believe is the owner said no, so I said fine - I’ll take one of the pies then and here is 10 vouchers. He replies ā€œyou can only use one, and you have to pay for the other two pies.ā€œ I smiled and told him that I would do so, but that I would never be returning to Franks if so. When he rang me up and handed him all 32 coupons and told him I would not be needing them since we would not be returning; in the end I left with 3 medium (small!) pies, and while I was charged $15 for the one pie, I paid that while having given them enough for more than 3 pies. (32 vouchers)

Let me be clear, I have NO problem paying for food and service. I tip them every time I order carry out. Verifying on the phone that this was going to be fine then insisting on charging me is dishonest and underhanded, had they said ā€œwe can only use vouchers for one pie at a timeā€ on the phone I would have been fine with that. I hope the $15 was worth $50 in weekly orders, and every negative review I can write on every review service possible. I’ll order Rossi’s or Giovanni’s going forward.

That being said, Franks pizza is actually pretty good - just dishonest ownership. That...

ive been going to franks for nearly 50 years and i was one of their biggest fans. since new ownership the cheesesteaks have been going down hill systematically. back in the day franks cheesesteaks were hands down the absolute best anywhere. now they are just so so average. first the sauce is different for the worst and lost that ''franks'' taste. also now the meat is uniformly thinly cut meat like steakems. it used to be thick butcher cut beef. they are trying to save money and ride on the old reputation. so sad but i guess good things dont...
