Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Quakertown

Words cannot describe how nice that lady is who works there! I definitely know I asked her name but right now its somehow not ringing back in my head. More than once, she has taken my order - I mean I placed order online and called to make some customizations/additions over phone since couldn't exactly do it on their app. She is really patient, genuinely lends her ear to you because every minor thing I asked for - she listens and does exactly that to levels of perfection!

My personal experience - and it wasn't just one time, its everytime! Busy weekend order or a weekday one - Corona or no Corona, the words 'we got you', or 'that's fine-your order will be ready, we'll be here anyways :)' [the latter is when I am running late for a placed order or once when I totally forgot my roommate placed order for us both - almost reached home and then realized leading to calling them asap and rushing back]... Calm and nice as ever with smiles (we can tell since masks hide the real smiles, the eyes glow/crinkle and one can tell for sure!) the staff/their team - I mean anyone for that matter who greets you and hands over your order, they just are genuinely customer caring...that sums it for the whole team!

As far as food goes - for me, it's everything perfectly made with every possible absurd request followed. It's customer service of this store in particular I believe which makes it shine. Keep up the good work #pizzahutquakertown team! Wrote a whole story review for you all lol :) but you deserve it guys! Keep doing what you do - Fully deserved kudos to each and everyone of you! - specially @Stephanie (I think but not sure...sorry :-/ will fix if I am wrong).

Definitely recommended store if you are looking for #pizzahut and I ofcourse will stick with my once in a while #pizzahut craving to this store in particular. Ending story now. 😜

Went for lunch buffet around 11:00. Last plain cheese pan pizza was gone before I started, so I requested one be made. Never came out. It's a plain cheese pan pizza. Kinda their thing, right? On a buffet at LUNCH TIME. A thin crust cheese was put out. The person cutting pizzas said to me "I put your plain cheese out and you didn't take any, now it's gone." I explained that I was waiting for a pan pizza. She responded "you never said that. I put a plain cheese like you asked and you didn't take it. Can't help ya' " in a rather rude tone. I responded "are you really giving lip to a customer? " She continued being rude and informed me that "There aren't any plain cheese pan pizzas coming out. You should've taken what I put out out. Can't help ya' " I again said "Are you seriously giving lip to a customer? " and demanded to see a manager. She said "I AM the manager" and glared at me. That was it. I walked out. Didn't think it a huge expectation for Pizza Hut to keep a plain cheese PAN PIZZA on the BUFFET at LUNCH TIME. I mean, it's kinda their thing, pan pizza, isn't it? I'll never go back, and will encourage all to stay away as well. Would give ZERO...

The pizza is always really good but holy cow did my $20 supreme lack toppings. Super chinzy Pizza Hut. I'm not giving another dollar til you start getting real with stuff. Probably $3 worth of ingredients and 5 minutes time from an employee making $9-12/hr. Sickening profit. Stop being cheap. Your pasta bowls are tiny for the price too.

edit one year later I have drop the review to a 1 star from 2 because I gave it another chance after a year thinking maybe they got better, but nope! Probably even less toppings than before and this time the pizza was $23 for a very small "large" that was a little bigger than 12 inches with pepperoni/sausage stuffed crust. Just terrible. Tasted good but for that much should be able to feed at least a family of 4. Was enough just for my son and I. Pizzas used to be $8-10 for a 16-18" Large, now it's 12-13" for $23. Tastes great, LESS FILLING! Tip on me picking it up was expected on the order (min- 18%- max- 25%). It's not the employees. It's these greedy companies that demand massive profit for their shareholders and won't pay their workers enough without passing the cost on to us. Gotta keep those shareholders...
