We had to return here just to confirm that the Mexican Breakfast was just as tasty as I remembered it to be on our visit several months ago. It was. The wonderful concoction of eggs mixed with delightfully fresh ingredients was accompanied by fluffy Mexican rice, black beans and tortillas.
