Great folks at this store. We bought a tempurpedic at another location and were not happy with - simply felt it was too hard and not a good fit for us. We took Mattress Warehouse up on their one time exchange policy. Surprisingly, it was easier than I expected to get the order setup. I expected more pushback given I assume they have to basically eat the first mattress.
I worked with Alan to get everything exchanged, and love our new Serta Plush. That said, the delivery logistics became a bit complicated due to having a new address - which caused some confusion on the warehouse side. Alan (and I believe Joe assisted as well) worked tirelessly to ensure they had it delivered as soon as possible and kept in communication about delivery. Admittedly, it was frustrating to go through the delivery process, but to be fair, even with the day delay, they delivered it within a week of visiting the store. I assumed the process might have taken longer given it was an exchange and holiday season.
Good guys, nice store. The bed-assessment-tool-thing was helpful in picking out the right bed. Alan also didn't try to up-sell us or sell us random pillows, which I appreciate (because that's annoying). He basically spent a lot of time on a project that returned nothing to him, which is appreciated.
(Must be noted: Delivery guys... ehhhh. Tempurpedics are like carrying a small tank, so I guess I'll cut 'em some slack, but definitely not the most elegant. Read moreStarted off loving this place. Now, not so much. My 2 year old mattress is sinking in. They won't replace it because the expensive mattress protector they sold me didn't work and there is a small sweat stain from my husband. Im apparently supposed to call the mattress protector company and have them take care of the stain first and then call in and go through the warranty to replace the mattress.... but i'll have to pay 100.00 to have the old one taken away (which is required by them). And you cant use the store credit on floor models or sale items?! And you only have 30 days to use the credit and pay the difference. Why have warranties if they are impossible to use? Also, maybe dont sell things if you don't stand by them when something goes wrong (mattress protector). Im now stuck with a 2 year old defective mattress. Thanks so much for absolutely no help. Read moreAfter getting fed up with Mattress Firm trying to pull a sneaky and run our credit without consent, my wife and I came here. I was a little skeptical since the last mattress place I went to 10 years ago closed unexpectedly. But they have over 250 locations on the east coast. We were just looking at first, then a salesman came over. In our heads we both thought he was going to be just another pushy salesman. He recommended Bed Match (not only to get the 100 night in home satisfaction, but to see which beds would be the best fit for us). None of the beds on the list matched what we personally liked, but the bed we settled on, The Sealy Copper 2 Plush, is amazing. Took about 2 weeks to break in but was crazy comfortable right out of the plastic. The delivery team was great at setting up the new box frame and mattress as well as taking my old mattress and box spring away.
10/10 would go back and will recommend people...
