Driving to the Poconos I saw this place along RT 313 in and decided to stop in for a hot coffee and a everything toasted cream cheese bagel. Coffee was like warm but at this of the experience I decided not to say anything. I like my coffee hot The bagel was fresh and cream cheese was fresh tasty.... Now for the issues I have with this place but again I did not say anything. Also in the chalkboard, printed menu and a typed homemade menus prices were not listed anywhere. I did not go on the website either.
The bagel and coffee was $12 even. I was shocked and stunned.... I always ask or say something, but for some reason I saw these nice people, like a family and felt today I will keep my mouth shut and chalk it up for an expensive experience. I will the bagel was nice but the was sadly almost cold .
I went on some local places breakfast and bagel places and looked up pricing and I averaged out that a bagel with cream cheese and approximate 20oz coffee is under $7.

I gave it three stars because, to me, it...

So imagine our sadness when we pulled in one day and the place was gone. We looked up the exit ramp time and time again to see if it would reopen. Today we did a drive by and to our surprise Rachael’s Place was open in the same spot. Looked cute. Nice signage. But would the food be as good? We demanded to identify the owner, flat out told her my expectations and she delivered. Bringing a tear to my eyes, the sandwich may have actually been better than before. I highly recommend this to be a part of your trip anytime you pass by.🌺😎😍 going out of your way...
