Bang Bang Hibachi Grill & Sushi (Quakertown) — Restaurant in Quakertown

We went in for an odd time (about halfway between lunch and dinner) and service seemed a little slow for how quiet the restaurant was. That being said - I could not deduct any more stars, because it just would not be right.

The sushi was FANTASTIC. We ordered the Bang Bang roll, spicy salmon roll, and rainbow roll, along with coconut shrimp as an appetizer.

EVERYTHING was delicious, came out quickly, and looked perfectly presented. The only reason I took one star off of "Service" is that our waiter did not return for quite a while, after we'd finished, and we were waiting to ask for our check.

That being said - a little patience goes a long way, and delicious sushi is something worth being patient for. From the outside, the restaurant is bland and unassuming. I had no idea they were actually open (at all) until I saw the lit sign. We gave it a shot and realized - to our great delight - that we have decent sushi in Quakertown.

As others have noted, despite "Hibachi" being in the name, this is not the kind of performance hibachi where food is cooked in front of you. They had plenty of hibachi-style food options - it just doesn't include the "show".

That doesn't matter to me, but I know it would matter to others.

Very wonderful , polite, customer service. I was very happy when They were kind enough to go out of their way to make my food 5 minutes before they closed and then they even added stuff to my order when I got there which kept them even longer after they closed. The entire staff is made up such wonderful people, Who have amazingly polite manners, and treat you with so much kindness and respect. The restaurant is always clean and lovely. The food is amazing . The quality is wonderful. I love it. We love them so much. We almost ordered food from here every day. This place is definitely addicting because their food is so awesome.Everything we’ve ever gotten from here has been wonderful. The customer service is absolutely outstanding along with the food. We love the people at this restaurant and we love And respect people with such a great work ethic. They cooked their food to perfection. Everything is packed in a nice reusable bag. I dined at Bang Bang with my wife and daughter and had a less than positive experience! My daughter ordered dumplings with a side of rice and my wife had the salmon and shrimp hibachi. The rice on both plates was cold in spots and the salmon on my wife’s order did not taste fresh. I ordered two sushi rolls and the hibachi noodles. I asked that the sushi be served before the main course as an appetizer. My main course arrived and no sushi. When I asked my server where the sushi was she said the sushi bar was busy and my order would be out later (maybe in time for dessert….ridiculous) I asked my server to cancel my sushii order and she came back two minutes later saying they could get to my order now if I still wanted….I was already eating my main course and declined. My Hibachi noodles were just ok….I’ve had better. The place is small and each time a person comes in to pick up a takeout order there is a cold breeze from the door. Pick up customers have to walk through the dining room to get their orders and pay. There was lots of foot traffic through the dining room while we were eating.
