Rosemarie's Real Italian Ice — Restaurant in Quakertown

I’m home for two weeks visiting my family and went to Rosemaries to get ice cream with them as a quick lil nostalgic treat. the girls that work there ….. whew . girl who took my order (straight brown hair in a ponytail) had attitude for no reason, gave me back my order with the wrong type of sprinkles. they started taking the next order while we were still there and didn’t even look at us til i was like hellooo? 😭 got my order corrected, my sister got hers fixed , and told them that we were missing my moms ice cream. the curly haired girl starts arguing w us that she made it … quite literally unbelievable 😭 idk if it’s my family being ethnically diverse but the attitudes were crazy and uncalled for and the implications that we wanted to finesse/steal a 5 dollar ice cream … also crazy . take my experience as you will… other than that, blonde girl working there was nice at least lmao and the ice cream was yum, just like...

Drove way out of my way to go here today and was told that the power was out and that they could not use the cash register even though the air conditioning was on full blast when I told him I would give him a few dollars extra or whatever I don't care he said he couldn't use the cash register so apparently he doesn't know how to add which is also funny because this is a cash only business and then he told me that he couldn't open any of the freezers because the water ice would melt all of it even though the air conditioning is on blast I'm thinking maybe try the breaker box like what are we teaching kids today....

A genuine classic Italian ices shop and a "must try" if you're anywhere in the Quakertown area. While they also offer soft serve and hand-packed ice creams, I always go for the Italian ices. Typically, there are about 30 or more flavors to choose from, mostly fruit flavors, but my favorite is the cappuccino chocolate chip ices. Portions are huge, but because ices aren't nearly as rich (or fattening) as ice cream, and are not overly sweet, it's very refreshing and does not fill you up.
