There are times when I leave a restaurant disappointed. It is rare, however, that I leave angry and feel like I’ve been taken advantage of. This was our first trip to the trolley barn, and they were many good choices for lunch. We decided to try this restaurant. We both ordered rice, bowls, one with chicken, and one was pork. In addition, we tried the Japanese squid appetizer. With a tip it came to $47. The squid was so tough and chewy that you could color it pink and put it on the end of a number two pencil. Absolutely the worst squid I’ve had and I’ve had many dishes. The roast bowls had very little except rice on one side, and a gravy on that other side that was supposed to be curry. It was bland. How bland? If you took a can of Chef Boyardee gravy, and added a teaspoon of curry powder, bland. The volume was insufficient for the amount of rice, and we both ended up throwing half a bowl of rice in the trash. The pork was dry and the chicken unimpressive. Some vegetables besides the colored ginger for “effect” would have been nice. We had eaten at the sister restaurant in Bethlehem and it was good. This is the problem with a chain restaurant. No ownership. Food itself is a very variable ingredient and sometimes recipes need to address the inconsistency. I also added a tip consistent with dine in. You would think they could walk the 5 to the table to give you your food. No, you have to go up to the counter and get it. What is the tip for? Putting your paper bowl up on the counter? I would not eat here again

The edamame was good and flavorful. The chicken in the fried chicken ramen was very tasty. The ramen itself was a little on the plain side - just broth, noodles, sprouts, chicken and a peice of nori - but still good. Mister Lee's fried chicken ramen is better.

The Takkii Beef Ramen, Noodle Wrapped Shrimp and Mango Green Tea were absolutely phenomenal. It was the perfect dinner for a random Saturday night. Will definitely be back soon.

This place is not even remotely like Pho, if looking for pho go elsewhere. Picked up food, ordered online: If you order online be prepared to be forced to pay $1 convenience fee plus a 15% tip (even though there is no waiter and you have to pickup the food) Gluten free noodles barely edible texture of straw, undercooked.

Got fried chicken noodle and only got maybe 4-5 chicken chunks and hardly any broth or bean sprouts. Paid $40 for two meals that were among the worst I've had in a long time. Wife and I could barely eat half of it and had to throw rest out and eat leftovers instead because it was that bad. Will never waste my money here again. Literally every other place in trolley barn has better food than this. I was really hoping to have good Pho in Quakertown (or something similar), but was severely let down...

First no pics sorry. Also called Takkii Ramen at the Trolley Station. Service was good, presentation nice however, not the japanese food I know. I am slightly critical since I am part japanese. Ordered spicy udon soup, 2 thick slices of pork, fish cake, soy marinated egg, bamboo shoots(?) with a miso like broth & chili oil. Also ordered gyoza. Udon soup is normally not made with miso broth, but broth was fine. Also ichimi togarashi (chili pepper powder) is added for spice & chashu (pork belly) in japanese udon. The gyoza was fried & I much prefer it pan fried & steamed. Although it tasted ok & sauce was good. Probably will not return, since I can make this at home for a fraction of the price. $25+...
