Today, father's day, my daughter (9) asked for a donut at the counter. There was one donut with more sprinkles she wanted. Not thinking it was a big deal, I asked the large tattooed lady behind the counter if we could have that specific donut in our half dozen order.
This woman closed her eyes in disgust for a second or two, opened and rolled her eyes, commencing to complaining about how they don't do that. It was attitude from start to finish with her. We got the donut, but not after feeling like I'd asked her to go back and make the donut herself.
No big deal, she was disgusted with us enough to get someone else to take over our taxing half dozen order.
I nearly decked the order and went to the next DD. The young guy she handed us off to saved the order, super nice guy with no attitude at all.
I normally don't take the time to write reviews in detail, but this woman has had a nasty attitude on other occasions, drive through and counter.
Very disappointing to encounter while we're trying to get a fun treat for everyone at home on father's day.

Read moreAvoid this place!! We were here on a Sunday on September 7 at 10:15am and had ordered coffee, a dragonfruit refresher, donuts, and a breakfast sandwich. The girl behind the counter, Kaitlyn, took our order. We received the food but no drinks. Order placed at ~10:15. When I went to the counter to stand in line to get someone to help, I saw the associate even look my direction at me several times. There was another customer in front of me who had 4 orders to place, so by the time I got to the counter to explain, I just asked for a refund. It was over 20 minutes later at 10:36 by the time the refund occurred. The manager who was at her register had just assisted the prior customer. When I explained what happened and that I wanted a refund, he did not apologize or make any attempt at even attempting to make the situation better or express any kind of remorse for what happened. Kaitlyn, you and your manager should be proud, I'm also emailing corporate about the experience. You had better hope your manager is the same manager who follows you for life because both of you have no customer service skills!! I went in to the store one day and asked if it was possible they make my hash browns and bacon in a clean pan to avoid cross contamination from the delicious gluten they serve. Not only did they acquiesce, they were super nice about it! One of the employees even confessed they also live with a severe allergy and it made me feel like less of a cumbersome customer. I am always willing to wait for people & companies who go the extra mile to ensure I can safely eat their products. To top off the amazing customer service, the hash browns and snacking bacon don't get me sick when I go in and wait for my special (gluten free) order. I pass up a few other Dunkin locations just to come to this one because the staff are so sweet and careful with my food and drinks. ALWAYS ask your location about their prep practices and please be patient with the staff when requesting special orders that take time. They still have to service their drive through as well as delivery orders. I make sure I have the extra time before going in. You shouldn't rush safety.
