Burger King — Restaurant in Quincy

Walked in, had order taken right away. Bathrooms were clean.

Got our food, and suddenly my 5 year old daughter asked for ranch for her kids meal chicken nuggets. So I go up to the counter and explain to the same cashier that took my order that my daughter changed her mind and now wanted a single ranch packet. She told me that it would be $.11. I understand that these things cost money but you get 'x' amount of them when you order you're meal, included in the meal price, costing you nothing extra.

I clarified that 'She changed her mind and just wanted a ranch packet. You're telling me that because I when I ordered I said no cause, that now minutes after my daughter changing her mind that I can't have one, and I have to now pay $.11 for it?'

The cashier said yes, they are 11 cents.

Rolling my eyes I turned around and walked away, not willing to pay the 11 cents for the 1 packet of ranch. She ate her meal still smiling, with ketchum instead.

Oh, also I said no tomato no mayo and got mayo on my sandwich... recept only had to tomato on it....

I think I'll be visiting the other Burger King in town next time. If there is...

I ordered on the app to pickup inside. My daughter went in ahead of me to use the bathroom while I finalized the order. Before I could get inside they locked the doors, with my daughter still inside! It was only 5:30pm on a Tuesday. I tried to call, but just got a machine with no way to speak to a person. My daughter had to find someone to let her out. While the dining room attendant cleaning the tables just stared at her. We then had to wait in the long drive through line to get the order I had placed online since it was already paid for and there was no way to contact them to say I was waiting outside. When I got to the speaker they couldn't see my order and asked if I ordered it for that location. I gave them my name and the order number. When they finally found the order they just told me to pull up to the 2nd window. I still had to wait in line. They handed me my order without apologizing for the mixup and inconvenience of waiting in their drive through for so long. When I got home I found they shorted me one of the cheesy tots I paid for. There was a time in Florida where a Burger King I went to after hours gave my uncle back a chicken fry he already bent in half, unfortunately it was still frozen and the lady dropped the same chicken fries along with the half of one into the fryer and served it back to me him and my dad..

That place had 10 times better service than this Burger King will ever have, I don't know what kind of I-94 these employees have or what sheet metal shack they came from in Juarez or if they came from Knapphiede in Illinois, but this place isn't just shit for service waiting 15 to 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru minimum, but every time I get anything with lettuce it's always Brown and I usually get a slimy burger patty or whatever kind of meat they serve me. Whatever you do do not go here if you are borderline running late to work. You will be late and you will get fired. I will bet money on that every single time. This is gotta be a franchise owned by...
