I used to work at this movie theater, back when it was owned by Kerasotes. It hasn't changed much, which is a problem. Pros: new seats. That's it. Cons: EVERY SINGLE SINK IN THE BATHROOM WAS BROKEN. They were all backed up and there was just an empty bottle of hand sanitizer there. They asked if we wanted butter on the popcorn, and we said yes, and they handed us a to-go condiment container of buttery topping. Read moreThe movie theater itself is nice, the staff was nice, the seats were comfy with plenty of room. We watched Twisters, which was great. When previews were on, you couldn't hardly read any words, and the focus of the projector was off. I have perfect eyesight. Lol. I went out and mentioned it to the staff. The guy working said he was on it and immediately went to up to take care of it which was great, except It didn't change at all, couldn't see any of the details of the movie at all. Read moreThis cinema is not focused on its customers. My partner and I went to watch Inside Out 2 at 1:40PM on 6/18. Despite an incredibly nice staff at concessions, our movie was interrupted twice by maintenance or similar personnel opening the exit door in our theater. This not only took away from our viewing experience, but also shows the disregard for customer experience at this venue. Management should plan for deliveries and such to ensure customer experience is prioritized...
