Friendly service. Prices were generally reasonable. French Onion soup was excellent. Chicken Parmesan was a large portion and ok overall, if a bit bland. I think maybe the tomato sauce didn't have any flavor (tasted like a jar rather than homemade)? Good quality piece of chicken though.

The sprinkle-on Parmesan cheese shaker was filled with dark grey mold at the bottom. Unfortunately I didn't realize this until I had almost finished my meal. The waitress was apologetic, but I was sort of expecting at least a comped drink or something.

Vibe: cute local place. A bit warm, not sure if AC was on.

Went for dinner at Cafe de Paris in March 2024 and ordered the Chicken Margherita. To say it was absolutely delectable is an understatement. I got it with a side of zucchini and summer squash - which were cooked perfectly; neither mushy nor undercooked - and melt-in-your-mouth buttery mashed potatoes. I had my wedding reception here. Not only was the food wonderful, but the staff was so accomodating and wonderful I really coudn't have asked for more. We wanted to spend less than five thousand dollars on a relatively small reception with a dance floor (about 70 people). The food was amazing (our guests paid us plenty of compliments).

I really can't recommend this place want if you're like us-- want good food without paying through the nose and a place to gather. We're so grateful for how lovely these...
