If you need to get a wedding or christening gown cleaned and/or preserved, take it here. Antonio (specialist) is very knowledgeable about cleaning and preserving gowns. I did research and realized that every place offering wedding dress preservation service sends them out to a national company, which wasn't my preference. Dependable Cleaners does this all on-site in Quincy (Adam's St location). I had my own wedding dress, my daughter's christening gown and my grandmother's antique wedding dress from the 40's that I wanted to preserve. I met Antonio in person and he walked me through all the options, checked out my grandmother's dress and clearly explained what he could and could not do, which was much appreciated. Her dress had many stains and was a very off colored beige and the dress is white again! They were fair on price and timing. Communication was excellent. Highly recommend! Its been many years since I used any dry cleaners, and I was so pleasantly surprised at how things are changed for the BETTER. How welcoming the staff are, being handicapped they help me in and out to the car with smiles on their faces....I get emails, no more pieces of paper to lose!! I recently had some alterations done and the everything is just right. So keep up the good work...I love Dependable, have not changed my mind since I wrote the above review I so enjoy Lisa and Yara and now the taylor its like a big happy family and they are so good to me helping me take stuff out and put in to my car as I have a walker...its a great branch on Adams st and I am still using it...I alike theway they keep you informed about whats going on....THANKS!!! see...

I had a great experience. I brought in My daughter’s christening dress which was made out of my mother-in-law‘s wedding dress, which would’ve been 78 years old my daughter wore it 34 years ago and I had a niece that also wore it 18 years ago. I dropped it off to have it cleaned because my granddaughter was going to wear it not knowing that they restore them was a little expensive worth every penny and now it looks like it’s brand new christening dress It’s bright white.
