The first time we went to their store, we agreed to pay separately before ordering. When eating on the road, I ordered a fried steamed bun. Although they were very proactive in clearing the plates, I had just finished my last meal. I took a bite and immediately went forward to take away the empty plate. Will it be rude? In the end, I agreed to pay separately, but together. When I paid, they asked for consumption, and I gave it at that time, because I was in a hurry and didn't pay much attention, but I found something strange when I was walking on the road. My friend was still in the store at the time. I asked my friend to see if we paid together and the friend told them it was meant to be paid separately but sometimes they pay together. At this time, the waiter's attitude was very tough, and he said: "Aren't you friends? Isn't it good for you to use your mobile phone to transfer the money back to your friend?" The waiter's attitude was very tough. I was also on the phone with a friend at the time, and I could hear it very clearly. When the friend was about to get angry, a better waiter came up and kept saying sorry, so the friend didn't get very angry. After this incident, we still came here to eat and wanted to give him another chance, but this time when they brought us the cutlery, there was no water in the back. I was very thirsty and seeing that they wouldn't give me water, I had to order another soda myself. We've been here a few times since then, the one I went the other day. I remember very well that we still paid separately as usual. At first they served me rice, but they forgot to give me rice noodles when I came, only soup and vegetables. When I came to find a friend, I forgot to give my friend a Coke. My friend felt their service was really slow and inattentive. When it was finally time to pay, we waited there for a few minutes, with two or three waiters on the way to complete our payment. Afterwards, they asked my friend to tip. My friend said that their service attitude is not good today, so I don't want to give it. They were still quibbling about their poor service attitude. My friend told me what happened at that time, and the waiter was still a little unconvinced. I don't understand, isn't the tip determined by the customer's willingness to pay? Why tip here, it's really bad, overall their food is ok, but not necessary, if you just want to eat, not service attitude, then you can try, and you will be forced to tip, I Don't think me and my friends...

Tiramisu Milk Tea ($6.99): Pretty good. I liked the cute cup and that it didn’t taste too sugary (I didn’t get to customize my drink when I ordered in store, so I don’t know if it defaulted to 100%, but it tasted as sugary as 0-20% at other places). The tiramisu flavor was only in the small bit of foam at the top. I wish it were infused throughout, but the milk tea flavor was also good. Classic Brown Sugar with Boba ($5.99): I ordered 0% sugar because the sugar level usually refers to added sugar, and I find that the brown sugar boba is often enough to sweeten the entire drink. However, I guess the sugar level here refers to any sugar at all, so I essentially ordered a cup of milk lol, so I feel like I can’t properly rate this drink. Salty Crispy Chicken ($6.99): Quite dry and hard. Maybe better dining in, though I did try a piece upon picking up. Brown Sugar Sticky Rice ($5.49): Did not like this at all, and the fried taste was too much for me. But I know this is a traditional dessert, so I think this is personal preference. I don’t regret trying it at least once, though.
Overall, I would get the Tiramisu Milk Tea again. A few misses with the other things I tried, but the prices...
Read moreIf I could express my disappointment, I would definitely give a zero review without any hesitation. From the moment we entered the establishment, we were unfortunately ignored. Despite standing there with our party of 4 for a good 5 minutes, no one came to seat us. Eventually, we had to ask where we could sit, only to be met with a dismissive glance from one of the staff members. It wasn't until we inquired about it that we were finally presented with a menu.
After placing our order, we eagerly awaited our food, which was eventually brought to our table with an apparent lack of enthusiasm. It was quite disheartening. When we finished our meal and were ready to leave, we kindly requested a to-go container, only to be told that it wasn't something they provided. Interestingly enough, we noticed another table, who happened to be of Asian descent, receiving a to-go container.
To our surprise, as we left the establishment, we were followed and pressured into tipping for the subpar customer service we had received. Needless to say, we have decided not to return there again. It could have all been because we were black idk🤦🏾♀️
