My husband and I are very disappointed in the unprofessional service we received today. Today marked our one year anniversary and my husband went out of his way for a couple's massage. He had an appointment for our anniversary gift. When we arrived the doors were locked so someone from the waiting room opened the door for us. After about 10 mins waiting one of the employees came out and asked us our names which my husband told the lady his name. She said the appointment was made for Friday instead of today which was so inconvenient because we rushed from Fall River to make it there on time. The employee offered us the steam room as for the delay of getting another person for the couple massage. We really liked this place but the customer service today was a turnoff. We left because the employee wanted us to stay in the steam room for an hour and then get the 1 hour massage. We had other plans so staying there for 2 hours was inconvenient for us. Not being able to have our couple's massage today really ruined our day, my husband really had everything planned out for the day and not having this service left a terrible taste...

I will not deny that these woman work hard & have amazing skills. But I am giving them 2 Stars because They Are Very Unprofessional & Are Tip Beggars After my 30 min. Massage for $40, I gave A $5 Tip. My Tip became A cause for verbal conflict. The Two Woman Mei/Nei & Mary said, "You only Give $5, Why Not $8 or $10, We hard-working that not even 18%" I was Shocked!!!!This is AMERICA A Tip can be from 15%-18% OR $0.00 Yes.A Resturaunt Cannot hold a party beyond its will if after paying, they did nor give A Full percent Tip. Also, Theie is NO SIGN or BUSSINESS DOCUMENTATION That States Every Service Demands 18%-20% The Reality Is, I was refused service BECAUSE I gave $5 which was $1 less than 15%!I am A Hard-Working Tax paying Citizen.I'm So dissapointed in...

This place is THE BEST! I’ve done massages few times here but have a lot of pain in buttock, lower back and inner thigh and hips from powerlifting. They really do a great job in this area and the oil massage is heavenly! I Feel brand new afterwards! Not sure if I can do this oil massage without underwear on because I hate all of the oil getting on my clothes, probably much better without undies but anyways very professional and strong Thai woman here!
