Foremost I’m a Chef. My childhood friend took me here because I’m skeptic when it comes to Chinese food restaurant in Boston. We all know the best Chinese food, located in New York City not Boston or Especially Quincy. We ordered our food, came in less than 15 minutes. As my niece was biting into her burger she found a green mold in the middle of her bun, we of course complained and the manager below had a horrible attitude. We no longer wanted to eat any of the food because we didn’t know what else was rotten or not fresh. We told her we didn’t feel comfortable paying the full price and she was upset when I stated that. She called the police!! Very nice police officer came & you can tell he agreed with us & was able to mediate the situation, we only paid for the rest of the food that we hardly ate because we were scared to eat any old or rotten spoiled food. Can look at the pictures. Pictures don’t lie. And you can tell by her face, her energy and way of approaching any customers is unprofessional. Who calls the police, because of rotten food, and customer not feeling ok with eating the food. We hardly ate. I ate 3 wings, hardly seasoned, my daughter didn’t eat her soup or egg rolls, my son didn’t eat his number 24. I wouldn’t advice any to bring their family here.

Walked into this place not knowing what to expect, and was pleasantly surprised. Went here on a dinner date spur of the moment on the weekend. The atmosphere is a cool mix of Chinese and old school dive bar. it was quiet when were were there but the nice/large bar makes me think it might get exciting on the evening weekends. The staff were super friendly and attentive. We splurged and got fun bar drinks, the Head hunter, which came in a large fake coconut and the Lucky kitty that came in a big ceramic looking cat. I preferred the Lucky Kitty. The food was overall really good. They had the best crab Rangoon's I've had in the area and it came in a large portion. The shrimp dumplings were very good as well. The beef fried rice was really good and came in a big portion. The sweet and sour pork was my least favorite thing we got (it was the bready kind and cut in long strips), and the sauce was too sour for me. It wasn't bad, I just would not order it again. Would for sure come here again and try more things!

Given the reviews, I’m not the only one who agrees with the owners attitude....here’s my review: I’m not sure how hard this is to understand but while I was waiting for service, which I never got tended to..., I reached out to another server who did a wonderful job... yup very well deserved...however while I was dining in, my mother called and wanted some food but was unable to make it so I asked for delivery for her... I was charged twice and after getting home and learning that my mom never got her delivery I called and attempted to explain this to the person who left me on hold multiple times, to which I said I understood she had other customers to tend to, and to she agreed she had other customers to help.... I get it, especially during closing time....however she still insisted she had no idea what I was talking about, didn’t take her time to listen, so I said I would call in the morning when things would be in order.... she insisted she was the owner and that I should call my bank!!!!! I know my bank for great service and delivery... I counted on the restaurant for its quality and service, from its employees...you being the “owner” terrible response....I came home and my mom was still waiting for her food to be delivered!!!! Easy fix but not your response...absolutely unnecessary, you’re the owner rather than try to listen and own up to it.... Don’t ask my bank to fix something that was easy to be handled Miss Onwer.... Certainly not the impression I expected.... Fix tour attitude first and secondly...

WHAT A MISTAKE!

I saw that this restaurant was on Phantom Gourmet, so I made the stupid assumption that their food was worth the drive from Boston, not to mention during rush hour.

I arrived at home excited to open up my combo, just to see that my ribs on the bone were not only fatty, but also very dry. I went in for a bite anyway, but I couldn’t find a side that I could bite off that was actually meat instead of fat, or that wasn’t hardened from being “bone dry”.

I also gave the chicken fingers a chance, but regretted that even more, now I realized I wouldn’t have any meat to go with my rice. Just by looking at the chicken you can see that they weren’t going to be fresh, but of course I had to give it a chance.

The other combo I ordered for my partner was also not good, as the General Gau’s chicken was dry. Seems to be a trend, huh?

We called to let them know that we were disappointed in the food we received after driving out of our way for it and $63 later. All they wanted was for us to bring my plate back for a refund, so they could “show the chef what they did wrong”. I offered to send a photo so I didn’t have to drag my young child out of the house again, and so I would have time to cook something for myself. All they wanted was the plate in their hands. I decided not to go because if I went all the way there and they didn’t give the refund I would’ve been beside myself, not to mention I was hungry and shouldn’t have to go out of my way again for their mistake. The lady on the phone...

Company has amazing bartenders like Taelese. She is so bright and charming and hard working and sweet. She remembers customers and when she sees them coming in she already knows what they want to drink and their name. She is attentive and dilligent. However the food is very unsanitary. The food masks itself as being tasty because of the chemicals they use but really the food is left out on the floor for nights on end and the duct sauce is caked all over the floors. Very sticky and gross. Cheap quality of food. One time a customer returned a meal because there was a piece of BRILLO PAD in his egg Fu young...and to top it off the owner was very unaolagetic and didn't even comp the meal off his bill....disgusting. Abd the number one issue is the owner Judy Chen. She is the most unprofessional woman I have met. She sits behind the bar micromanaging her staff and putting them down in front of customers and is so cheap. She never takes anything off the bill even when SHR makes a mistake. She takes her shoes and socks off behind the bar and walks around barefoot. She annoys customers and doesn't leave them alone when they clearly are trying to have a private dinner out on a date. She puts her fingers in people's food and jips people on portion sizes and gives really small portions of lq. Over all nobody should go here for your health and if you don't want to be annoyed . But great bartenders. They should really give Taelese a raise and I hope she gets shown the appreciation she...
