Dunkin' — Restaurant in Quincy

First, the Caramel latte was wonderful. However, I not a fan of the new concept. I understand the object was to increase customer experience, which I think is code for faster service times, but the I received my latte no faster than I would at any other Dunkin. I should note I was the only one in line inside. The hot coffee is all made in urns holding 1.5 gallons each. Ice coffee is served from what resembles beer taps. The seats are all wooden with no padded seating available. There are only 3 tables: 1 group table seating 7 and 2 smaller tables seating 4 each. No 2 seat tables. So we bought (2) DDs Signature Pumpkin Hot Latte through Drivethru and took a sip it was the worst latte I ever tasted as it tasted chemical and was super cold. Turned back and went inside and asked them to remake it another 2 Signature Pumpkin Latte and the lady assured me it’s hot, took a sip in front of her and it tasted like garbage and again super cold, I dunked my hand in the cup and it felt cold. Asked them to refund my money. DD is trying to compete Starbucks when it comes to the pricing and serves customers a total garbage. Above all it’s their Signature Latte so before you serve it may be do a quick run whether it’s worth the money....

I come there every morning and they don't have corn muffins and or choc chip. It really messes my day up but I come there this morning and the woman over the speaker made me repeat my coffee 3 times and kept asking if I wanted skim milk.
