Horrible,horrible! This place is just horrible! Customer services sucks! I would immediately fired those two black women in the drive through. Before paying I asked for a sprite and they charged for a large fries,I didn't notice this until I went to the second window and they gave me fries. I told them I asked for a large sprite and not a large fries. They told me to go around the drive through again. There was a lot of people and I had to wait for a freaking soda ? They suck at problem solving. They could just fill that cup of soda and give me the difference back. But this women don't know better. When I go to the window this woman had a tremendous attitude very different than customer service in North Quincy... she still didn't have my soda made I asked her for the soda she told me to drive to the other window. She started telling me if I wasnt on my phone I would have hear what she says ... why would she care if I was on my phone in the first place fact is that she made the mistake, I have proof of it, there are also cameras and I'm not getting what I ask for. She told me to drive to the second window as I was driving I asked for her manager the second black woman showed up screaming. I asked for the manager she told me she was while she was screaming to back up knowing I have car behind me. I don't know why they have people like that working in customer service. When I explain her the situation she told me to back up and to tell all those people behind me waiting for their order to do the same thing... now they wanted me to back up to the first window... close case scenario : what the first woman wanted me to do was go to the second window and not give me my money back and just fill out the cup of soda. But as I was driving to the second window and asking for her manager she freaked out and told me to back up so she can give me my money back what she never did while I was at the first widow. Why can't people just do things right and smart !? - second possible scenario- Discrimation. Drivers behind me were so respectfully..of course they were probably drunk getting junk food to sober themselves and nobody cares but it's my time and money - On training...
Read morePulled up at 340am just trying to get something to eat on my way home from work and even though I know it’s 24 hours, it appeared closed as they had several lights out ncluding the main sign. I pulled in anyways knowing they were open and they also happened to be getting a stock delivery.....and the 18 wheeler was blocking the entire drive thru as well as the only way to drive out of the lot without going back out the way you pull in-which is clearly a one way....so not only is he stopping business to this store altogether he’s also holding up the flow of traffic and then forcing people to break the law because of his clueless driving skills. I thought I’d dealt with the worst of the McDonald’s worst living near the weymouth 24 hour one for years and years but tonight Quincy definitely takes the cake.....because apparently even the drivers for the McDonald’s trucks are just like the typical late night employee most people run into going by these reviews....too lazy to do their job (correctly) and/or completely USELESS. Read moreHave tried to go here late night a few times since moving closer to this location than the 24 hour location in weymouth. I don’t have one positive thing to say. Even if there’s no line, expect to wait 20+ minutes. Also, be prepared, they will 100% be out of multiple things, and their employees will be very confrontational about it. The last time I was there they were out of literally 25 things, and the drive thru person seemed very annoyed that I didn’t just say forget it and take off. After they listed off all the things they didn’t have, I ordered, but when I finally got to the window, they ran my card, and handed me a bag with a bunch of fries and that was it. They then explained they were actually also out of the things they told me they had, so they gave me extra fries to make up for it. I then had to explain that they charged for me for those things I didn’t get, and needed to refund my card. That took about 10 minutes, so after about 30 minutes total, I got to enjoy my dinner of fries and soda. Avoid this...
