I'm going to start this one with we went to Panera by the South Shore plaza to start. It was closed for remodeling the Google listing doesn't reflect it so we drove all the way over here to Quincy. Or did the same caprese melt that I ordered at our Panera and Raynham It came out lettuce tomato melted cheese but here's the problem. My daughter's food was up on the ledge waiting to be picked up and we were standing there waiting for my food. The cook was there on her phone with her rubber gloves on and then cut my sandwich in half after she finished her text message and put my sandwich up. Without the roasted red pepper without the green sauce and without the basil. Then Tina the manager tried telling me that the caprese melt changed and that they made it the old way and here I go. Didn't mention that the cook cross-contaminated the sandwich before that she served me and who knows how many other sandwiches before me. I would not eat at this Panera ever again. I gave the atmosphere low stars because some girl is in there eating her own lunch using the Wi-Fi without patronizing Panera. If I could give you no stars you would get zero. We love Panera bread by the way we get the same thing every time we patronize your business. It's not like it's cheap fast food It cost $55 for three lunches. Maybe you guys could live up to the expectations of your...
Read moreThe service here was by far the worst service I've ever had at a Panera Bread. I would barely even call it service. The cashier made us wait an unnecessarily long time after taking the woman ahead of us. We waited while she just aimlessly walked around. When she did get around to taking our order, she was very rude. She took a condescending tone with me that I did not appreciate. She was quick to let me know they were out of what I wanted to order and she gave no substitutions in place of it. She even had an attitude when I gave her my phone number that she asked me for, so I could log it for rewards. I noticed she was slightly nicer to my husband, at least she didn't give him an attitude, and she also did not give the 3 guys behind us an attitude. No wait time for them. I still would not consider her polite or friendly in any of the interactions I witnessed. If she hates her job so much, she should really go elsewhere. We were only visiting that area, but we will be sure to avoid that place. I'm used to encountering nice people at the Panera Bread I usually frequent. This was certainly not in keeping with my usual experience. The food is very overpriced and was just okay from this place. The customer service was as lousy as could be. A disappointing...
Read moreOn Monday, February 12, 2018 at 8:24PM I ordered a Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich with chips. I walk down to the pick up area to wait for my order. The food prep person is filling orders for soups and mac & cheese. After a few more minutes he asked the manager to start making sandwiches. She informs him that he has to learn to multitask. Meanwhile the customers who has placed their order after mine (7) are getting their orders. The reason being is because they ordered soups and mac & cheese. The manager tells the food prep person that we're behind time and we have to do better because this is unacceptable. The manager doesn't even help make the sandwiches. She has the food prep person makes the sandwiches. The food prep person comes over to me and tells me that they are out of bread that goes with the sandwich I had ordered. He mentioned that he has some other kinds of bread that he can use to make my sandwich. I told him and the manager that I wanted my money back. Customers who have come in after me are getting their orders. Now you tell me that you don't have the bread that goes originally with the sandwich. I stated again I wanted my money back. The manager apologized and gave me...
