SCAM ALERTI. I was shocked at the positive Google reviews and what happened. For one, the facility smelt like a kitchen- but more concerning was the safety. I went into an odd room with disposable sheets (weird, but ok)…I got undressed and on the table and the lady demanded I pay her. She took my purse and brought it to me and said I needed to pay her prior to services because her “her boss was watching in the cameras”. Which made me feel very nervous that “the boss” had watched me get undressed. During the session, 2 separate men walked into the establishment. I voiced my concern about safety and was told “they’re here but the door to the room is locked” .:.: I never was relaxed or felt safe and the massage was a 1/10. It was like she knew what to do but put zero percent into effort. There were multiple times during the session I wish I I got up and left. At the end the said “she spent more time on me “ (it was under the hour that was booked) and I felt pressured to tip her because I didn’t know who the men were she let into the establishment when I was in the room. I called Thai Spa for a same day massage, and they were able to accommodate me within a couple hours. I loved that they were open late, which allowed flexibility on timing, and the staff was super friendly! It was quiet, clean, and peaceful. As a former massage therapist myself, I’ll be honest, it isn’t like any other massage place I’ve gone to/worked in terms of technique and the setup in the rooms, but it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She is amazing! I’ve had a lot of good massages over the years and have to say this is the best one I’ve ever had! I got a therapeutic massage for the first time today and She really honed in on my problem areas. Her pressure was perfect and although I was nervous it would be too much, it was exactly what I needed, and was still 100% relaxed the entire time! Not to mention, I booked the massage an hour before hand on a whim and pricing is very reasonable! I’m so glad I did the 90 minute instead of 60 minute and could have laid there all day. Highly recommend this spot and I will be booking again...
