Mattress Firm Newport Avenue — Hotel in Quincy

I had bought a mattress from Mattress Firm in Avon, Ma. I purchased the Sleepy’s Hush 10 inch firm mattress. I’ve had it for close to a couple of months now and I am not happy with it. I wake up restless with body aches and pain. I thought it was me and I was unhealthy until I realize last night that it was the mattress because I toss and turn at night because I’m uncomfortable, plus I always wake up in the middle of the night. Also, I’ve notice that every time I lay down that’s when I start feeling the body aches and pain but when I start walking or up and moving I’m perfectly okay. Overall, was not happy with the mattress so I decided to call the Avon store to exchange the mattress. The representative that I spoke with at the Avon store told me that I would have to come in on Wednesday because the person that originally sold me the mattress is there on Wednesday and he happens to me the manager (Luke). I was very unhappy And dissatisfied with what I was advise because the only thing that was running through my mind is I have to sleep on this uncomfortable mattress for another few nights. But what can I do since the rep told me that I would have to come in on Wednesday? I wasn’t offered any additional options so it is what it is. After we hang up the phone I thought why not go to the store now to test out the mattresses so once Wednesday come it will be a quick and easy exchange, since I already know what I want because at this point I’m already unhappy with the service at Mattress Firm. Looked up the locations and I found out that there was one in Quincy this whole time! Drove to the Quincy location and I was helped by the two most nicest reps ever. Mike was the one that helped me with the exchange and he was able to do it at the Quincy location... SAME DAY!!! (So I don’t know why I had to wait until Wednesday to do the exchange then it will take a couple of days to ship from Wednesday, now you understand why I was unhappy and dissatisfied?). Mike was very helpful and he took care of it very well and I left the store HAPPY. Honestly, I’m glad I found out that Mattress Firm have a location in Quincy. If I knew I would had never went to the one in Avon. If I can rate the Quincy location 10/10 it will be a 10/10. I went there and told them my problem and they executed my problem with a great solution. Great customer service...

My better half and I would like to begin by saying what a wonderful and great moment that we shared with the manager at Mattress Firm in North Quincy Massachusetts. Tiffany being the person that worked with us so very professionally that day when we went in to purchase a complete queen size mattress set and she was so very very professional along with working with another 2 sets of customers that entered during the time that she was working with us for our purchase as she multitasked with all 6 of us and it turned out to seem as though we were all one big happy family as we all interacted under her Tiffany's care of service. If we ever had to make another purchase Tiffany would be the person I would require to assist me with my purchases. We would like to truly think matress firm for having such a wonderful and most personable employee that service stars in our purchases and they need more employees as Tiffany thank you...

Tiffany (the manager) at the quincy store is seriously the best. She went beyond expectations to not only provide us with a pleasant experience, but she was extremely friendly and easy to work with. We bought a second mattress a couple months later and this time it was used (to save us money). When we got our gently used mattress, it smelled strange either from sitting in the wearhouse or from smoke, and Tiffany immediately got us a new one and upgraded it and everything with free delivery. She seriously made the experience great despite being initially disappointed with the smell of the used mattress delivered. Please go to the quincy store!! She knows her stuff!! And she’s honest.
