I frequently come to Racine and made a stop into Main Hub for a quick bite and I am so glad that I did. I ordered the single cheese burger (which is what I use to judge every spot) it was great! The patty was thicker than a smash burger and cooked exactly as I asked (medium rare) the ingredients were fresh and the meat was fall apart in your mouth perfection. Every burger (or gormet corndog!) Comes with paresan fries that are messy in the most incredible way (ask for a fork)
They also have beer on tap and one of the best Bourbon, Scotch and Irish whiskey I have ever seen in a neighbkrhood style bar with over 100 selections all quality bottles. Great atmosphere and service was personable and attentive.

My problem was with the staff/service. part was due to there being only one guy holding down the inside bar and kitchen. Be that as it may it was not busy and the bartender never acknowledged us. Not even to tell us that he'll be with us in a little bit. So we went outside to order from the outdoor bar. The bartender there told us that he can't do anything but beer outside. Totally fine. Read moreKenny is awesome. Unfortunately he's not there anymore. The new staff (a young lady and her boyfriend) are a bit sketchy and touch everything without gloves then make food. Handed me a lemon for my shot with dirty hands then when i declined she put it back into the lemon container!! Pretty gross. The next time i did visit, the lady used picks to hand me the lemon and even kept a paper on the straw on my drink...also...drinks are expensive. Wings are $18 for TEN!!!!!
