Soooo I’m from out of town a friend brought me here last Tuesday the food was great the jolly rancher Long Island was good and the bartender was friendly, very nice so we said we’d be back next Tuesday same time which brings me to tonight. The Long Island I ordered was horrible so I couldn’t drink it, it was that bad, ordered the shrimp with fries the fries were white not cooked all the way wasn’t even the same seasoned fries we had last week, then I had Thai chili wings omg they were horrible, they threw them in the grease with no seasoning no batter just plain then tossed them in the sauce. Turns out they wings were NOT cooked all the way they were tough and raw with a lil pink at the bone. My friend’s daughter went to the bartender to inform her at which she thought it was ok to ask “ what do you want me to do about? I’ll let you take that up with the cook”. So I decided it’s time for me to GOOOO besides I need to catch Wendy’s. When I went to close out my ticket I asked if she can get me a water because the drink was NOT good, instead of offering to make me another drink she got me water and charged me for the drink I left with her. I never ever not leave a generous tip so I told myself if she did the rt thing and even offered to make things rt all was forgiven because that’s what good customer service is we’ll needless to say she didn’t and she didn’t seem to care so I left her a $12 tip in the form of the horrible drink she served. Maybe she was having an off night idk but I shouldn’t have to accept bad customer service AND bad food because someone else is having a bad night! Cudos to last weeks cook I enjoyed it...

I don't usually like to complain, but after this experience, I’m done ordering from here. Today, I ordered three cheeseburgers through Grubhub and asked for them to be cooked medium well. Unfortunately, they arrived overcooked and dry, like burnt hockey pucks. Additionally, I requested barbecue sauce on the side for my burger, but it came drenched in sauce, and the fries were soggy. I also asked for ketchup packets, which I didn’t receive. The quality of the food was disappointing, and it felt like a waste of money. Got our entire order wrong. The boneless wings were clearly microwaved and felt like a sponge. The bone in wings were incredibly dry. The fried were iver cooked. We gor the skillet dip- there was NO queso. Just crappy tendony steak meat & park cheese on top. Nothing else. I ordered spinach and artichoke poppers & they literally sent regular jalapeno Poppers.
