If I could give a Zero star review, I would. I waited in the drive thru line for about 20 minutes. After I paid, it was discovered that my order was taken incorrectly and they hadn't charged me enough for the two meals I had ordered. They said the only way to fix this was to park and come inside. When I parked, the first door was broken. I had to get in my car again and drive around to the other side of the building and enter there. There was a very long line and I went immediately to the counter. I was ignored and listened to the manager swear as she was filling bag orders. She finally asked me why I was there and I told her my order was taken incorrectly and I was told to come inside to fix it and get my food. She argued with me and told me I had to go to the back of the line because these people were here before me. I told her I had already waited for 20 minutes outside, excluding the time to park and come inside to fix this. She would not help me unless I went to the back of the line. I demanded my money back. She took my card without saying a word. When my receipt for the refund printed, she pointed at it for me to take it myself. I have never been treated like this, especially by a manager. Read moreT.E.R.R.I.B.L.E.....!!!!!!!!! I ordered dinner for a family of three last night through Door Dash! When I received my order: (1) There was only 1 bag. (2) The ice was melted in the drinks. (3) I had two(2) of four(4) sandwiches ordered & (2) of (3) fries received (4)) THE FOOD WAS COLD WHILE THE DRINKS WERE WARM! Received hell/static from both Door Dash and Wendy's from 7:30 pm- 9:30 pm WITH NO RESOLVE! I decided to go to see if I could just get the food I paid for, but received nothing but excuses and NO FOOD when I went to the restaurant and talked to the manager! I used to be a manager at this exact restaurant over 25 years ago but I still thought, "Hey, maybe they'd understand and just make it right!" I didn't ask for a refund! I ASKED FOR WHAT I PAID FOR AND COULDN'T EVEN GET THAT! This manager was trash and not customer service friendly! The store was very unclean! Read moreNot only did the person not understand me in the drivethru and had to spend forever asking me to repeat myself and then got their manager because they didn't understand how to put in the BOGO for $1, but they repeated what I had told them I wanted and they STILL didn't give me the sandwiches I ordered. THEN after I checked my order at the window and saw I didn't get the other 2 sandwiches for the BOGO, the lady at the window looked at me dumbfounded and told her manager and they told me to pull around to get the other 2 sandwiches. However, that would mean waiting around for another hour in the summer heat because the line was so very long and I needed to get to work on time. It was very unfair since I'd already waited a half hour in the original line just to place and get my order already. They were very unfriendly about it too. I'm never going back there.
