Here is the reason I am Boycotting this location at 111 bypass Raeford on Fayetteville road....they don't answer the phone to let the public know if they got their frapiccino machine fixed so that I could know to stop by Something's Brewing instead.This review was 2 months ago. ------------------------------------------------------------ However, this review is from this morning. January 11, 2021. The milk that I got was NOT whole milk. I asked at the window if it was whole milk. I was told it was. It's NOT. It's 1% and that makes it not creamy. 1% or 2% milk is nasty. The 2nd reason it is nasty is because it tastes like plastic. I am used to the organic milk from the stores. This McDonald's milk, I don't know what brand they use but it is God awful nasty. And, they need to be taught what whole milk is. Had they said No, I would not have bought it. Whole milk is NOT 1% nor 2% nor fat free. This milk is disgusting. January 18, 2021. Here we go again. I asked for the apples slices that they use for the happy meal. They said 79 cents. I pay, get my bag. Get to work and those morons gave me an appie pie. I.DO.NOT.WANT.AN.APPLE.PIE. WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE?! Why why why do you NOT KNOW THE DIFFERENCE? ------'------------------------------------------------------- Today is February 23, 2021. Read moreWorst service ever. Why we continue to go here is beyond me. Every single time you can guarantee your gunna park and wait for food. What's the point of a drive through if you have to park and wait for food. That's a different service also offered from the same company. Beyond ridiculous. They mess up the food after you wait it's cold they give food to the wrong people. Window time at a McDonald's should be under like 3 minutes not sit in the parking lot for 15 minutes and wait for your food. Management needs to properly train employees to be able to handle the not even major capacity of traffic since we live In the smallest town in NC I've seen mcdonalds in NYC give faster service with 10x the patrons. This location needs to do better fast food becomes a fast headache and a big regret that I've spent money at this business. Instead or spending money updating the location maybe hire better management and train your employees to follow the very easy guidelines to cook and stock food to accommodate the people whom try to eat from this location
Updated 4/16/25 Park me for 5 minutes which is long enough to cook everything on the menu and still give out half full cold disgusting fries. Read moreWish I could give zero stars. Went to this location about an hour ago. After the attitudes of the cashier's, I stopped coming to this location. Today I went on the inside due to dt workers not giving condiments and attitude. Cashier was nice. I asked him if I could get a side of tarter sauce. He wasn't sure but said he found a button for it. I continued my order of a #1 meal w/ extra Mac sauce. They made the big Mac and put the tarter sauce on the sandwich as well. When my order was called by the green head monster, she place the bag on the counter no thank you or gth or anything. Of course order was wrong. Explained to her that the tarter sauce was to be on the side. She says that they can't give out extra sauce. That's not a problem. Her horns came out when I asked for a new sandwich. Things got nasty but for your manager, Sha, to have a smart mouth from a simple mistake is uncalled for. Maybe the cashier didn't know. All she had to do was have the sandwich remade without making smart remarks that got her cursed out. I got my refund, told her where to put the sandwich. I will not be returning. She needs customer service training. I know McDonald's University would not approve of this type of customer service that this location...
