Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Rainbow City

I had a horrible experience when my food took over 2 hours to get to my house when I was told 45 minutes. The food was cold and it looked like it had been sitting out for those 2 hours. The manager that night was rude and put the blame on Pizza Hut for not giving her enough staff.

The next day I get a phone call from another manager that was very kind and said she credited me the cost of our meal for a later date.

Then I finally​ decide to try them out again today. I call to place an order and the so called store manager tells me that they have no record of me ever ordering from them. I ask him what else we can do to find the credits and he told me that my only option was to just place the order and pay for it. This has to be the worst run Pizza Hut in the country. Pizza Hut has my favorite thing crust but I will never do business here again. There are too many other pizza places in town that know how to treat a customer for me to ever deal with this store again. They could offer me free pizza and I wouldn't step foot in there...

I called to place an order and was hung up on. I didn’t realize that the hang up was intentional. I called back and placed an order for delivery. After being put on hold she came back and said we don’t deliver to that area ( 6 minutes away) oh and they delivered here about two weeks ago!!! She hang up the phone Again!!! I called back to just confirm the order for a pick up since they don’t deliver to this area and never got the chance and was hung up on again. I waited a few minutes called back and asked for the manager and was laughed at and hung up on again. I did call the on line Pizza Hut number and was told that since the rainbow city Pizza Hut was independently owned that there is no number for complaints or anything that...

My experience with the store manager was horrible!!! He had a nasty attitude and refused to make my pizza the way that I inputted it online. I ordered a tastemaker favorite which is a large 3 topping pizza. I called and asked if they had received my order and the note I made because I did not see an input for pepperoni 3x The pizza that was made and that I received was not a 3 topping pepperoni pizza. It was a one topping pizza.He didn’t offer any solution as to how he could fix it. He only was interested in how I messed up when I had no knowledge of what he told me. He would not give me a person to contact or talk to other than him. He was not willing to make the customer experience pleasant at all. He honestly could not...
