I called Rainbow City location to make sure they had the blueberry cake donuts my husband and I love. The employee that answered the phone name was Chandler. He had the sweetest personality and was extremely professional. He assured me they had the donuts before I made the 30 mile round trip. When we walked in, we were greeted with smiling friendly faces who were eager to assist me. When I asked for Chandler they all knew I was there for blueberry donuts. Jeremiah quickly and professionally got my order together. He was friendly and all smiles. He is such an asset to this location. Then, I went to pay and Kalyn (all smiles) said she remembered me coming in the other day! Wow, what a memory! Tinsley and Aubree was also ensuring we got our order. The employees just make my trip worthwhile! And not just for the great donuts! These employees are so friendly, and go above to make sure you are taken care of. They always thank me, tell me how much they appreciate me coming in....who does that nowadays? These 5 employees definitely did!! The owner/manager needs to give these employees kudos! They are extremely friendly, helpful, and professional! Every person who entered that store while I was there, was greeted as soon as they walked in the door. These employees truly care about the customer. You can tell they love their job, but most of all ensuring the customers are taken care of. I sure hope someone recognizes these employees because they are all an asset to this location!! If you have or have had a negative experience, I can assure you any of these employees would fix any problem. I don't understand the low reviews đ I can assure you both times I've been there I've had a positive đ„°experience! Every employee was friendly and professional. Thank you Kalyn, Tinsley, Aubree, Jeremiah, and Chandler! Kudos to you all!! Oh, also we had our little service dog with us, and Kalyn asked if I wanted a pup cup. I told her I'd gladly pay for one, but she doesn't really care for whip cream, but I appreciate her asking me. I had the manager of one really popular place in Gadsden tell me to keep my dog in the car next time I came in. She had on her service vest. I held up her tag saying she was a service dog. He said, "Oh, okay as long as you've got that. I can honestly say i was embarrassed because several people were in there. So, thank you Dunkin Donuts for not...
Read moreThe newest Dunkin' addition to our neighborhood had me intrigued from day one. Initially, as expected with any grand opening, there were a few hiccups in the rhythm of serviceâspecifically, the pace at which drinks and donuts were served left room for improvement. However, I've witnessed a commendable turnaround in the past month. The team has significantly sped up, bringing them on the cusp of a well-deserved five-star rating.
From the moment I approach the drive-thru, the kindness and clarity over the intercom set a welcoming tone. At the window, the staff's precise and friendly interactions make each visit a pleasant experience. Their iced mocha latte is a consistent delight, never faltering in quality and always hitting the sweet spot. The stuffed bagel minis have quickly become my morning stapleâtruly amazing, and while the donuts are just okay, they do the job.
I'm now a regular, committed to my morning visits. This Dunkin' hasn't just met a needâit's filled a void in our area for a quality coffee shop with the convenience of a drive-thru. Here's to many more mornings together. A little more fine-tuning, and I'll have no hesitation in making that leap to a five-star review. Well done, Dunkin', and much...
Read moreI recently visited this establishment, hoping for a quick breakfast, but left deeply disappointed. First off, the coffee was burnt beyond belief. Instead of the rich, smooth flavor you expect from a proper cup of coffee, it tasted like something left sitting on a burner for hours. Every sip was bitter, harsh, and almost undrinkable.
The food wasnât any better. I ordered a bagel egg sandwich, expecting something fresh and satisfying. What I got was far from it. The bagel was dry and stale, like it had been sitting out for days. The egg was overcooked and rubbery, with little to no seasoning or flavor. Honestly, it felt like something youâd reluctantly grab from a second-rate gas station when youâre in a rushânot at all what I expected from a place charging premium prices.
It felt like a complete rip-off. If youâre looking for quality, flavorful food, and a good cup of coffee, this is not the place. Save your money and head somewhere else that actually delivers on the basics.
Head up the street to Viva Coffee instead. While they may not have a drive-thru, the quality more than makes up for it. Itâs definitely worth the short walk inside for a far...
