Kelly's Kitchen — Restaurant in Rainsville

Got the meat and two sides off the hot bar it was mediocre at best. The chicken didn’t have much seasoning on it but it was fried hard so I did like that. The mash potatoes was very creamy and the Mac and cheese was TERRIBLE. It was like noodle soup. My spouse got the double bacon cheese burger and said it was good. The only complaint is the onions tasted old. Fries were salty and crispy. The Coke Zero tasted flat. The Dr pepper was good.

But the staff was absolutely amazing. Very kind and friendly happy to explain how their system worked. I would give this restaurant a second chance but probably would order off their menu rather than...

Not very good service or food. Salad was very good chicken could have been doner, 3 out if the four burgers were red barely briwned on each side when ordered a well done. Waited almost 30 minutes before waitress come to get drink orders and I wouldn't go back again we had a party of 7. Even the couple's that had the same thing was different prices we we're paying in couple's they added everyone on one ticket even after the waitress put them on individual tickets. Worst place ever food wise and expense wise 2 couples ordered fries Burger's and a drink 1's was 27.00 the others was 35.00 2 salads at 7.00 each and waters was 24.00 just...

It's a bummer that I have to write this review because the food at Kelly's is usually so delicious and the service is always great. I ordered a pecan waffle this morning and spread what looked like the butter that came on it around. I licked my fork before pouring on the syrup and I guess it was margarine or something. It tasted like grease. I thought I'd try it with syrup and then it just tasted like sweet grease. I mentioned it to the server and the owner and they really didn't seem to care at all.
